Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend ### who seeks peace that surpasses all understanding. Your Word tells us, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Lord, we ask that You fill ###'s heart with Your divine peace, a peace that transcends every worry and fear.
Lord, we also pray for a heart filled with love and forgiveness. Your Word reminds us, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so you also do" (Colossians 3:13, WEB). Help ### to release any bitterness or hurt and to extend forgiveness to those who have caused pain. May Your love flow through ###, healing every wound and bringing restoration.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
