I pray for my office manager/supervisor. Soften her heart Lord. Let her adhere to policy like everyone else. Lord, let her work as a true team member like she wants everyone else to do. Lord, help me to say and do the right things. Lord, show me how to help her. Lord give me the confidence I need to work with her. In Jesus name I pray.
