We hear the deep distress in your voice, sister, and we lift you and your newborn before the Lord with urgency. The Word declares, “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22). You are not forgotten; the God who numbers the stars also counts every tear you have shed and every sleepless night you have endured.
First, we must address the foundation of our plea. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step, for without Christ, we have no standing before God. If you have already done this, we rejoice with you and stand with you in faith.
Now, regarding your financial crisis, we rebuke the spirit of delay and lack in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no right to withhold what God has ordained for your provision. We declare that every chain of financial bondage over your household is broken now. The Lord says, “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing” (Psalm 34:10). We pray that your husband’s salary is released without further delay, and if the company continues to act unjustly, we ask the Lord to intervene with divine favor and open doors for new, righteous employment.
We also lift up the burden of your rent arrears. Proverbs 3:27-28 instructs, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, ‘Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it,’ when you have it with you.” If there is any way you can humbly communicate your situation to your landlord, we encourage you to do so with integrity, trusting God to soften their heart. We pray for a miracle of provision, whether through unexpected help, a grace period, or a supernatural intervention that covers your debt.
For your newborn, we ask the Lord to be a shield and a fortress. Isaiah 40:11 says, “He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom. He will gently lead those who have their young.” We pray for strength for you as a mother, for peace to fill your home, and for divine protection over your child’s health and well-being. May the Lord surround you with godly support, whether through a local church, believers in your community, or even strangers moved by the Holy Spirit to assist you.
We must also speak to the tension you feel. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly. We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that you would cling to His promises even when circumstances seem impossible. Remember, God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this sister and her family to You, knowing that You see every detail of their struggle. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You release her husband’s salary immediately, and if there is injustice in the company, we pray for Your divine intervention. Break every chain of financial lack and open doors of provision that no man can shut.
Father, we ask for Your mercy over their rent arrears. Touch the heart of their landlord, Lord, and provide a way for this debt to be settled. Give this sister wisdom in how to communicate her needs and the strength to trust You even when the situation seems hopeless. Provide for her newborn, Lord, and surround them with Your angels for protection and care.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm her. Fill her heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving on her behalf.
We declare that this family will not be moved by their circumstances. They will trust in You, and You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We speak breakthrough, restoration, and abundance over their lives. May they testify of Your goodness and faithfulness to all who hear their story.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Sister, we encourage you to stand on God’s Word and refuse to accept defeat. Seek out a local church or community of believers who can offer practical support and prayer. The Lord often moves through His people to meet needs. Continue to pray, fast if you are able, and hold fast to the promises of God. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you. You are not alone, we stand with you in faith, believing that your breakthrough is already on the way.
