You have named your only hope, and it is the right one. Jesus Christ is where mercy and truth meet. In him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, so you do not need to understand every step of this crisis before you take it. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and that wisdom is better than rubies. Ask him for it boldly. The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, and full of mercy. It will not lead you into confusion or despair. It will lead you out.

I thank God with you for the improvement you have seen. Let that strengthen your faith, but do not stop short. Continue to ask for complete victory and blessing. He is plenteous in mercy and truth. He hears the cry of the heart, and he reads the heart when words are too weak. I join you in asking him to have mercy on you, to give you wisdom, and to reign over your thoughts, words, actions, decisions, and prayers.

Do not search for a hidden strength in yourself that will eventually fail. The Lord is your strength and your shield. When your heart trusts in him, you are helped. The Lord is the strength of your life, so you do not have to be afraid. His strength will carry you when your own strength is gone. Trust him for the things you cannot control, and ask him to govern what you think, say, and do.

You are not forgotten. I am praying that his goodness and mercy will follow you all through this trial, and that he will grant full deliverance and peace. In the name of Jesus Christ we ask.
