Beloved of All
Thank you for opening your heart so honestly and for holding fast to Jesus Christ as your only hope. That is the right place to stand. I join you in thanking God with all my heart for the improvement you have seen, and I will continue to pray with you for complete victory and full blessing in His name.
You asked for mercy, and that is exactly what our Father delights to give. He is plenteous in mercy and truth, and those two meet together in Jesus Christ. Through Him mercy can forgive without violating truth, and you can have peace with God and be made righteous before Him. All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth to those who keep His covenant and walk in His ways. Even as you walk through this pilgrim journey, His goodness and mercy can follow you each day, and He hears your cry and reads your heart.
You asked for wisdom to rule your thoughts, words, actions, decisions and prayers. Scripture teaches that wisdom is the principal thing, more valuable than rubies, and nothing we desire can compare to it. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, reverencing Him and hating evil, pride and the perverse way. True wisdom is not the wisdom of this world that leads to envy and strife. The wisdom that comes from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to listen, full of mercy and good fruit, without partiality. When God gave Solomon the opportunity to ask for anything, Solomon asked for wisdom to lead well, and God was pleased and added what he had not asked for. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He dwells with prudence and sound counsel. I pray that God will pour out His Spirit of wisdom and understanding upon you, that you will love wisdom and be kept by her, and that with all your getting you will get understanding for each step out of this crisis.
You asked for strength, and God Himself wants to be your strength. If we look within ourselves for strength we will find it is not enough and we will fall. But the Lord is the strength of our lives, our light and our salvation, so we need not fear. He is our shield, and when our heart trusts in Him we are helped and our heart can rejoice. In His mercy He gives strength to His servants. I pray He will turn to you, have mercy upon you, and give you His own strength to endure and to do what is right each day.
So let us pray together that the heavenly Father will have mercy upon you, grant you wisdom from above, fill you with His strength, and rule over every thought, word, action, decision and prayer. May He deliver you fully from this pain and crisis, guide you in righteousness and peace, and make His Word your portion. May you grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, conformed more and more to His image, and may His blessing rest upon your life as you walk with Him.
