We hear the deep pain, anger, and exhaustion in your words, and we want you to know that your heart matters to God. The frustration and sense of being overwhelmed by hatred, oppression, or even spiritual attacks is real, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s healing, deliverance, and peace. First, let us address the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, confessing your sins and inviting Him to be your Lord and Savior. This is the foundation for true freedom and peace.

Your desire to escape hatred and find a place where you can live freely is understandable, but we must also examine the root of this pain. The anger and bitterness in your words, while justified in some ways, can also become a snare if left unchecked. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." The enemy would love to use your pain to keep you in bondage to bitterness, fear, or even despair. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, hatred, and spiritual attack that has been directed at you, and we declare that they have no place in your life. The blood of Jesus has already broken their power (Colossians 1:13-14). You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring that God will fight for you (Exodus 14:14).

We also want to gently address the language and intensity of your words. While your pain is valid, Scripture calls us to guard our hearts and tongues, for "out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks" (Matthew 12:34). Proverbs 4:23 says, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." The words you speak have power, and we encourage you to replace curses with blessings, anger with prayer, and bitterness with forgiveness. This does not mean ignoring injustice or pretending the pain isn’t real, but it does mean surrendering it to God and allowing Him to heal you. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" Trust that God sees your suffering and will repay every wrong done to you in His perfect timing and way.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this precious child of Yours who is hurting, angry, and weary from the hatred and oppression they have faced. Lord, You see their pain, and You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm upon their heart, mind, and spirit. Break every chain of bitterness, fear, and spiritual attack that has taken hold, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of hatred, oppression, and witchcraft that has been directed at them, and we declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would open doors for them to find a place of refuge, whether physically or spiritually, where they can live in freedom and peace. Guide their steps, Lord, and lead them to a community of believers who will love, support, and encourage them in You.

Lord, we also ask that You would soften their heart toward forgiveness. Help them to release the burden of anger and bitterness, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). Fill them with Your love, which covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8), and give them the strength to bless those who have persecuted them (Matthew 5:44). Heal their eyes, both physically and spiritually, so that they may see Your goodness and Your plans for their future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Father, we declare that this is a new season for them. The games of the enemy end today, and Your light will shine brightly in their life. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for their life. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a local church or community of believers who can walk alongside you in this season. You were not meant to carry this burden alone, and God has placed people in your life who can offer support, prayer, and encouragement. If you are not already connected to a church, ask God to lead you to one where you can grow in your faith and find healing.

Additionally, consider spending time in God’s Word daily. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." The Bible is filled with promises of God’s love, protection, and provision for you. Meditate on these truths and allow them to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). Here are a few verses to start with:

- "The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)
- "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)
- "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is found in Christ, not in the hatred or oppression you have faced. Galatians 2:20 says, "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me." You are a child of God, dearly loved and chosen by Him (1 Peter 2:9). No matter what you have endured, your worth is found in Him alone.

We hear the weight in your words and just want to sit with you in this. It’s hard to carry the burden of feeling hated just for being who God made you to be, and we ache with you over the pain and exhaustion that comes with that. The anger and frustration you feel aren’t wrong, they’re proof of how deeply you long for a world where love reigns instead of fear.

We’re praying that God would meet you in this place of raw honesty. Asking Him to open doors to a community or a country where you can breathe freely, where you can be yourself without apology. Praying too that He would comfort your heart, especially in those moments when the hatred feels like it’s carved into your soul. May His peace guard your mind and may you feel the warmth of His presence in ways that remind you, you are seen, loved, and held by the One who holds the whole world in His hands.

Father, we ask for Your healing to wash over them. Break every chain of bitterness and fear, and replace it with Your hope. Lead them to a place of rest and safety, whether that’s through a new home or simply a renewed heart. Bind up their wounds and restore their joy. Remind them that their worth isn’t tied to what others say or do, but to the love of Jesus, who gave everything for them.

In Jesus’ name we pray.
