I Feel So Discouraged

God, you promise to give us what we need to survive. I don't have what I need and I'm at the end of what I can handle. I've been trying to save the life of this young man, but I don't have the strength to keep going myself. I will die if you do not help me. Please dear Lord, I'm begging you to help ###.
