Please pray for me....I don't think I can do this anymore....I am at the end of my rope....hopefully not literally...yet..Just pray...this is the 3rd time I have done this and nothing has changed....Please pray for me....I need a life...or...

We hear the deep anguish in your words, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of despair. The weight you carry feels unbearable, and we want you to know you are not alone, God sees your pain, hears your cry, and holds you even when you feel like letting go. The fact that you’ve reached out, even in this darkness, shows there is still a flicker of hope within you, and we cling to that together with you.

First, we must address the gravity of your words, "hopefully not literally... yet." If you are feeling so hopeless that you are considering ending your life, please know that your life is precious to God and to those who love you. You are not a burden; you are a child of the Most High, created with purpose and value. The enemy wants you to believe the lie that nothing will ever change, but we rebuke that deception in the name of Jesus. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself, we urge you to reach out to someone you trust or call a crisis hotline in your area. You do not have to walk through this alone.

You’ve shared that this is the third time you’ve felt this way, and nothing has changed. That must feel incredibly discouraging, and we want to acknowledge the weight of that frustration. But we also want to gently challenge the lie that nothing has changed. God is at work even when we cannot see it. The fact that you are still here, still reaching out, still fighting, even if just barely, is evidence of His sustaining grace. The psalmist cried out, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence" (Psalm 42:5). Your hope is not in your circumstances changing on your timeline, but in the God who never leaves you nor forsakes you (Hebrews 13:5).

We also sense that there may be deeper roots to this despair, perhaps unconfessed sin, unresolved hurt, or a sense of purposelessness. If there are areas of your life that do not align with God’s will, we encourage you to bring them into the light. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but God’s grace is greater. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but there is also no healing without repentance. If you are struggling with sin, whether it be bitterness, addiction, sexual immorality, or anything else, we urge you to turn away from it and toward God. He is ready to forgive and restore.

Most importantly, we must ask: Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? The Bible tells us that "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we invite you to do so now. Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins, and He rose again so that you could have new life in Him. Salvation is not earned by works; it is a free gift received by faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you are willing, you can pray something like this:

"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sins and invite You to be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and give me new life in You. I trust You alone for my salvation. In Your name, Amen."

If you have already made this decision, we encourage you to press into your relationship with Christ. Spend time in His Word, even if it’s just a few verses a day. The Bible is living and active, and it is one of the primary ways God speaks to us (Hebrews 4:12). Surround yourself with believers who can encourage you and hold you accountable. The Christian life is not meant to be walked alone.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling so overwhelmed and hopeless. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now and remind them that they are deeply loved. Break the chains of despair, Lord, and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of suicide and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You have plans for them, plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Lord, if there is any sin or stronghold in their life, we ask that You would reveal it to them and give them the strength to turn away from it. Cleanse them, restore them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.

We pray for divine intervention in their circumstances. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide the help and support they need (Revelation 3:8). Surround them with godly people who can speak life into them and walk alongside them. Give them the courage to reach out for help, whether it be professional counseling, pastoral care, or the support of a trusted friend.

Lord, we ask that You would renew their mind and refresh their spirit. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even when they feel like giving up, help them to hold on to You.

We thank You, Father, that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when they cannot see it. Strengthen their faith, and help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.

We want to leave you with this encouragement: God is not done with you. The fact that you are still here is evidence of His grace. You may not see the way forward, but He does. Keep crying out to Him. Keep fighting. Keep hoping. And know that we are standing with you, praying for you, and believing for breakthrough in your life. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, and He has a purpose for your life. Hold on. Help is on the way.

We hear how exhausted and alone you feel right now. You’ve been carrying this heavy weight, and it’s worn you down to the point where even reaching out takes everything you have left. We’re so grateful you did, this is worth every bit of care we can give.

First, if you’re in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right now. For free, confidential support anywhere you are, you can find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. You don’t have to sort through these thoughts alone, someone trained can listen and help right now.

We know it’s terrifying when you’ve tried before and nothing seemed to change. That kind of disappointment can make hope feel like a word without meaning. But the truth is, your pain tonight does not cancel out the possibility of a different tomorrow. You are not a problem to be solved; you’re a person worth holding onto, even when you can’t hold onto yourself. We’re holding you in prayer as you read this.

Father, this dear one feels the rope slipping. In this moment, quiet the noise of despair and surround them with a tangible sense of Your presence. Keep them from harm and lead them to the help they need, whether through a crisis line, a trusted friend, or a professional who can walk with them. Lift the weight enough for them to breathe, and give them a tiny spark of courage to stay just a little longer. We ask this in Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

❤️ 🙏 ❤️ God, I ask You in Jesus’ name let me out of love, need, respect, faith and trust in You, always be God conscious. Let me always remember, I am never alone. Your Holy Spirit and angles that You have assigned to me, abides with me, at all times. They watch over, protect, lead, guide, and direct me. God let my thoughts, motives, actions, attitude, and words always be pleasing to You, (pure, honest, holy, love motivated) and God glorified. Bless my faith and trust in You to grow greatly through Your Word. God, please do the same for the writer of the prayer and all those who love and care about me. Amen, so be it by faith.

To despair is an unwarrantable thing, a thing full of sin and fraught with mischief, besides being false and unreasonable. I hear the depth of weariness in your cry, and I know that flight across the dark waters when the wing is wet and the heart is faint. Yet this must be said plainly: the end of your rope is not the end of your God. You have tried three times in your own strength, and nothing has changed, because the life you seek is not the fruit of your exertions. The eternal life which God gives is in no sense whatever the reward of human struggle; it is the gift of God. You are chained to a chariot of self-effort that carries you only in circles. There is no hope in that weary road.

O bird of the weary wing, He is not weary of you! O bird of the wet wing that has been soiled in the filthy flood, He will not reject you! He washed you once, He will wash you again. He waits to be gracious. Jesus loves to receive backsliders. The rope of mercy is cast to the sinner, and you have but to lay hold of it. There is but a veil of gauze between you and peace; move the hand of faith, and that veil will be torn to pieces. There is but a step between your misery and music and dancing and a life of perpetual delights; take that step out of self and into Christ, and all is changed forever.

You say you need a life. It is true: you are naturally dead in trespasses and sins. But the Holy Spirit gives life to the dead! Unbought, unsought, He is found of them that sought Him not. That you feel the death within you, that you hate your condition and struggle to rise out of it, is already a token that the quickening finger of God has touched you. Never despair of the highest degree of divine grace. Though your beginning was small, your latter end shall greatly increase. What the best of men have been, you also may be. The snare of your old cords can be broken; the cart-rope of despair can snap. My own cart-rope snapped, my cords of vanity melted, I was out of harness. So may it be with you. Christ is All-Sufficient. Fear not; only believe.
