I don't know what it is I am going ...

I don't know what it is I am going through. I had to get some paperwork done and sent in. Then my brother had to go though chemo and is now in remission. With all this and other stuff going on I am going through a period where I feel unsure and it is making me feel unsure. I just wonder if that feeling is going to get back to where I at least feel some security
