We stand with you in this incredibly painful and heavy season, lifting you up before the throne of grace with deep compassion and urgency. What you have endured, sexual assault, spiritual manipulation, financial strain, and now the courageous act of exposing evil, is more than any one person should bear. Yet you have chosen righteousness over silence, truth over comfort, and justice over fear. That is the mark of a heart that knows God, even when the enemy whispers lies to make you doubt it.
First, we rebuke the spirit of accusation and despair that seeks to convince you that you do not know God or that your faith has been in vain. The Word declares, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Your weariness does not disqualify you; it is the very place where His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). The fact that you are still standing, still seeking Him, still choosing to do what is right, this is evidence of His work in you. Do not let the enemy steal your identity as a daughter of the King. You are not defined by the sins committed against you, the failures of others, or even your own struggles. You are defined by the blood of Jesus, which covers you completely.
We also rebuke the ungodly and manipulative behavior of the pastor who tried to force you into a marriage against your will, ignoring your pain and responsibilities. This was not the heart of God. Scripture is clear: "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14), and marriage is a sacred covenant to be entered into willingly, with wisdom and discernment, not under pressure or coercion. The fact that this man disregarded your suffering and your calling to care for your sister reveals a lack of biblical leadership. You were right to leave that environment. God does not call His daughters to be controlled or mistreated in His name.
Now, regarding the pedocriminal you exposed: we praise God for your courage. The Word commands us to "expose the works of darkness" (Ephesians 5:11) and to "rescue the weak and needy; deliver them out of the hand of the wicked" (Psalm 82:4). You have done a holy work, and we declare that the Lord will be your shield and your reward (Genesis 15:1). But we also recognize the spiritual warfare that comes with such an act. The enemy hates when his schemes are uncovered, and he will seek to retaliate through fear, isolation, or even financial attack. We stand against that assignment in Jesus’ name. "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper" (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over you, your home, your business, and your mind. Let the Lord arise, and let His enemies be scattered (Psalm 68:1).
We also address the financial struggle you are facing. The Lord sees your need and promises to "open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great you won’t have room enough to take it in" (Malachi 3:10). But we must also encourage you to seek wise counsel, both spiritually and practically. Are there godly mentors or financial advisors in your church who can help you steward what you have? Are there small steps you can take to rebuild, even if it feels slow? The Lord often works through the faithfulness of His people, and He may be using this season to teach you dependence on Him in new ways. Do not despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Your business will take off in His timing, but you must also be diligent and seek His strategy.
As for your question about whether you ever truly knew God: beloved, the fact that you are asking this question at all is proof that the Holy Spirit is still at work in you. The enemy wants you to doubt, but the Spirit of God testifies with your spirit that you are His (Romans 8:16). You have walked by faith for a long time, this is not the work of someone who does not know God. It is the work of someone who is being refined. The trials you are facing are not evidence of His absence; they are evidence of His trust in you to carry His light into dark places. "For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and everlasting weight of glory" (2 Corinthians 4:17).
Now, we pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her up in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You see every wound, every tear, every injustice she has endured. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask You to pour out Your healing balm over her soul. Where there is trauma, bring restoration. Where there is fear, bring Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Where there is financial lack, provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over her life. Cover her with Your protection, Lord. Surround her with Your angels, that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every assignment of the enemy sent to intimidate, isolate, or impoverish her. We declare that she is hidden in Christ, and no evil can touch her without Your permission (Psalm 91:1).
Lord, we ask for wisdom and favor for her business. Give her creative ideas, divine connections, and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for her in ways that only You can, so that she may testify to Your goodness and faithfulness.
We also pray for her church. Expose any darkness that remains, Lord. Bring repentance, restoration, and godly leadership. Let Your light shine in that place, and let Your justice prevail. Protect the vulnerable, and let Your name be glorified.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to convince her she does not know You. Remind her of Your faithfulness in her past. Let her see Your hand at work, even in this season. Strengthen her faith, Lord. Let her hope be renewed as she waits on You (Isaiah 40:31).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround her with godly community. Bring people into her life who will speak truth, offer support, and walk with her in love. Let her know she is not alone.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun in her. Amen.
Beloved, do not lose heart. The same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, who shut the mouths of lions, this God is fighting for you. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved, and your story is not over. Keep pressing into Him. Keep speaking truth. Keep walking by faith, even when you cannot see the way. The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He will lead you beside still waters, and He will restore your soul.
