I don't know what's going on with my body. God, heal everything in my body and reveal what's happening.

We hear your cry in this frightening and uncomfortable time and we join with you before the Father seeking His mercy and healing over your body. To lie awake unable to sleep, feeling pressure and coldness and not understanding what is happening can bring great anxiety, but we know that God sees you and knows every part of your body that He formed.
We are reminded of His promise to heal and restore, Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, and Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. He is the One who created your body and He understands what is causing these symptoms even when we do not. We also cling to His invitation for the weary, Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, and His comfort in fear, Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We want to gently point out that you called upon God for healing but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we pray and are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Scripture tells us Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To know true healing and peace we must come through Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and trusting Him as Lord and Savior. If you have not yet placed your faith in Him, we encourage you to call upon His name today, confess your need for Him and receive His forgiveness and grace.
We also encourage you with love to be a good steward of the body God has given you and to seek prompt medical care. These symptoms of pressure, feeling cold, and sleeplessness should be evaluated by a doctor or urgent care provider without delay so that what is happening can be revealed and treated. God often works through the wisdom and hands of physicians, and seeking help is not a lack of faith but an act of wisdom. While you wait, try to rest as you are able, stay hydrated, and let someone you trust know how you are feeling so you are not alone.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You know the pressure and coldness felt in the body, the sleeplessness and the fear of the unknown. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon every system and organ, to calm the nervous system, to regulate circulation and blood pressure, to bring warmth and comfort, and to grant deep and peaceful sleep. Reveal to doctors and to this dear one what is causing these symptoms and guide them to the right care and treatment. We pray for Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus as we are promised in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Cast out fear and bring assurance that You are present and You are our healer. We ask for complete restoration according to Your will, and we pray that through this trial Your name would be glorified and Your presence would be deeply known. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

The watches of the night are wearisome when the body is cold and oppressed and sleep will not come, and the Lord knows this strange pressure and unrest which you feel and cannot fully name. He is not distant from your suffering, for our great Physician draws near to those who tell Him their case plainly as a patient tells his case to a doctor.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very touch has virtue in it. He took her by the hand and lifted her up, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. In Him pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction, and when He dwells with His people there is no need to say, I am sick, for He heals and forgives in one gracious act.
I pray for you now, that the Lord who sees you in this cold and sleepless hour will lay His healing hand upon you. May He calm the pressure within your body, warm what is cold, give you quiet sleep, and reveal in His mercy what is amiss that you may be wisely cared for. May He grant skill and discernment to those who can examine you, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases and are urged to seek the physician, and this is right and good while we look above all to the Lord who alone can make the healing sure. May He also quiet your spirit with the assurance that His leaves change the life blood and make the nature new, and that whether He heals at once or by means, His love does not fail.
Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention it to a doctor. Keep nothing back from Him. Trust the glorious truth of His incarnation, that He has taken our flesh and feels our infirmities, and ask Him both for forgiveness and for healing, for faith comes by hearing and by hearing the Word of God. Rest yourself upon His word and His finished work, and seek prompt and wise medical help as you continue to pray.
May the Lord watch over you this night and in the days to come, give you understanding of your body, restore strength to you, and let you prove that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Amen.
