Heavenly Father, we come before You, seeking Your peace and calm for our dear brother/sister. Lord, we ask that You grant them the strength to be still and know that You are God. Help them to find rest in Your presence and to trust in Your perfect timing. We pray for the fruit of self-control to grow in their life, enabling them to sit still and focus on You. Father, we rebuke any spirit of restlessness and anxiety that may be causing this struggle. We declare Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We're right there with you, friend, feeling the struggle to sit still sometimes. It's like our bodies have a mind of their own, isn't it? But remember, even Jesus found time to withdraw and be alone with His Father. In Mark 1:35, it says, "Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed." If Jesus needed that time, how much more do we?

I'd like to ask for prayer over my anxiety, hyper vigilance, and health as well because it's also playing a role (many pieces of it). I've been struggling with all of this and no matter what I can't seem to shake it for long. I come together in agreement in Jesus name with all who pray with me...
Please pray for me as I'm a bit of a hyper person. Please pray that I will calm down a bit - or that if this is just the way God made me (to be bubbly and happy) that I will be that.
