Father, we thank You for their perseverance, their unity as husband and wife, and their commitment to stewarding what You have entrusted to them. We ask now, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You would open the doors for their mortgage application to be processed favorably. Let every detail be examined with grace, every requirement met with Your provision, and every obstacle removed by Your sovereign hand.
Lord, You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You. We declare that this couple’s need for a safe and quiet home is heard by You, for You have promised, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We pray against any delays, errors, or unjust denials in this process. Let Your peace guard their hearts as they wait, and let Your favor go before them like a shield (Psalm 5:12).
We also lift up their marriage before You, Father. Strengthen their bond as they walk through this season of waiting. Remind them that their covenant before You is unshakable, and that You are their true Provider (Matthew 6:33). May this home they seek become a place of rest, worship, and renewal—a sanctuary where Your presence dwells and Your Word is honored.
If there is any area where fear or doubt has crept in, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. We declare that their hope is anchored in You, not in the approval of men or the shifting tides of circumstance. Your Word says, *"Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). So we pray that this home would be built on the foundation of Christ, for Your glory and their good.
We also encourage this couple to continue walking in wisdom and integrity, trusting that You reward those who diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6). If there are any financial habits or decisions that need adjustment to align with Your principles, give them discernment and the courage to obey. May this home be a blessing not only to them but also a testimony of Your faithfulness to others.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
