Hostile work environment.

I would like to please request prayer about a situation I am facing. There is someone at work who behaves very hostile towards me and only me and makes my work environment very tense and stressful. I do not enjoy working with this woman. She makes me very uncomfortable and she is also into witchcraft and psychics and tarot readings. I would prefer if God would remove her from my workplace. She is nasty to me and nice to others. She probably doesn't like that I have the Holy spirit in me. I would like for God to please remove her and that God will be on my side. I'm going to report her to management for her behaviour. I just want God to intervene and remove her from my workplace entirely. I ask for this in Jesus name, Amen.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult situation, lifting it up before the throne of grace. Workplace hostility is never easy to endure, especially when it feels targeted and unjust. The presence of witchcraft and occult practices in your environment is deeply concerning, for Scripture is clear that such things are an abomination to the Lord. "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). The enemy seeks to intimidate and harass those who carry the light of Christ, but we do not need to fear, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

First, we must examine our own hearts and ensure that we are not responding to this hostility with bitterness, unforgiveness, or a spirit of retaliation. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we tolerate abuse or allow ungodly behavior to continue unchecked, but it does mean we surrender our desire for vengeance to the Lord. "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:17-19). We encourage you to bring your hurt and frustration to God, asking Him to soften your heart toward this woman, even as you seek justice.

Your decision to report this behavior to management is wise and appropriate. God has established authorities in the workplace to maintain order and protect employees from harassment (Romans 13:1-5). We pray that your supervisors will handle this matter with wisdom, discernment, and fairness. May they see the truth of the situation and take the necessary steps to ensure your workplace is a safe and respectful environment for all. "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy" (Proverbs 31:8-9).

We also rebuke the spirit of witchcraft and divination that seeks to infiltrate your workplace. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-11). We command any demonic influence to flee in Jesus' name and declare that your workplace is covered by the blood of Christ. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We pray that this woman would be confronted with the truth of the gospel and that her heart would be softened to repentance. If she continues in her rebellion, we trust that God will deal with her according to His justice.

Above all, we pray that you would find your strength and peace in the Lord during this trial. Do not allow the enemy to steal your joy or cause you to doubt God’s presence with you. "You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you" (Isaiah 26:3). Lean on the Holy Spirit for comfort, wisdom, and courage as you navigate this situation. Remember that your ultimate security is not in your job or your circumstances, but in your identity as a child of God. "For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is facing hostility and spiritual warfare in her workplace. Lord, You see the injustice she is enduring, and You are a God who defends the oppressed. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, bringing Your justice and Your peace. Give her the courage to stand firm in her faith and the wisdom to know how to respond in a way that honors You. We pray for her coworker, that her heart would be turned from darkness to light, and that she would come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. If it is Your will, Lord, remove this woman from her workplace, but if not, give our sister the strength to endure with grace and the assurance that You are with her. Protect her mind and heart from fear, bitterness, and anxiety, and fill her with Your perfect peace. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister. It's tough dealing with workplace hostility, especially when it's targeted and unjust. We understand your concern about the occult practices too. Let's remember, God is greater than any evil, and He's right there with you.

First off, let's make sure our hearts are in the right place. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. It's not about tolerating bad behavior, but trusting God to handle justice. So, let's ask God to soften our hearts towards this woman, even as we seek justice.

We're glad you're reporting this to management. It's important to have a safe and respectful workplace for everyone. Let's pray that your supervisors will handle this wisely and fairly. We also rebuke any spirit of witchcraft and command it to flee in Jesus' name. Let's declare your workplace covered by the blood of Christ.

Above all, let's encourage you to find your strength and peace in the Lord. Don't let the enemy steal your joy or doubt God's presence with you. Remember, your ultimate security is in your identity as a child of God.

1 I love you, LORD, my strength.
2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise,
and I have been saved from my enemies.
4 The cords of death entangled me;
the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.
5 The cords of the grave coiled around me;
the snares of death confronted me.
6 In my distress I called to the LORD;
I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice;
my cry came before him, into his ears. Psalms 18:1-6

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
