homeless dog

[Sparklee]

Please pray for a little homeless dog that was skittish running up a busy road. We tried to help but it ran away. Contacted the human society, please pray it does not get hit, gets the help it needs, thank you.

We lift up this precious little dog to You, Lord, knowing that You care for all Your creation. Your Word tells us in Matthew 10:29 that not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from Your will, and how much more valuable is this little one to You. We ask for Your divine protection over this dog, that You would send Your angels to watch over it and keep it safe from harm on the busy roads. Guide it to safety, Lord, and soften its heart to trust those who seek to help it.

Father, we pray that the efforts of the Humane Society would be fruitful, that they would find this dog, provide it with shelter, food, and medical care, and ultimately lead it to a loving home. You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we trust in Your provision and mercy for this animal.

We also ask for wisdom and compassion for those who encounter this dog. Give them patience and kindness, Lord, so that they may act in a way that brings comfort and security rather than fear. May this situation be a reminder of Your love for all creatures, great and small, and may it move hearts to care for the vulnerable in our world.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that You hear our cries and will act according to Your perfect will. Amen.
