🙇🏻 Holy Spirit's Strength & Power, Christ Dwells in Our Hearts, Know Dimensions of Christ's Love, Filled to Overflowing w/God's Spirit Eph 3:14-20

Your prayer drawn from the heart of Ephesians 3 touches on the deepest reality any of us can ever know: that the same Spirit who hovered over the waters at creation would make your inner being His dwelling place, filling you with the unshakable strength of God. There is a real enemy who sets traps before you, and the pull of the old nature does not simply vanish. Left to yourself, you have no power to resist. That is exactly why you need the Spirit’s might in the secret place of your spirit, so that Christ Himself becomes your hidden resource, right there through faith.

The mark that this indwelling is genuine is not an experience that fades or a gift that can be imitated. The Spirit always points to Jesus, bearing witness that He is God come in the flesh, your substitute, your righteousness. And the unmistakable fruit He produces is love. Not a thin, human love that gives up when it is wounded, but the very love of God poured out. When the cross opens your eyes to see the length God went to rescue you, the breadth that embraces Jew and Gentile, the depth that reached you in your sin, and the height of glory set before you, you begin to comprehend something that is actually beyond full knowing. That love is uncaused by anything you have done, and nothing in all creation can tear you from it.

To be filled with the fullness of God is a staggering thought. The heavens cannot contain Him, yet He chooses to fill weak vessels like us. This is not a one-time event; it is a daily yielding, a constant reckoning that your old life died with Christ so that His life might rise in you. As you walk in the Spirit, He mortifies the works of the flesh and writes His law of love on your heart. When bitterness, angry words, or anything unwholesome tries to take over, it grieves the Holy One who has sealed you. But when love is authentic and fervent, joy overflows, even in trials, because your fellowship with Christ remains alive.

My prayer joins yours: May you be so filled with God that there is no room left for the flesh to dominate. May the inner man find daily strengthening, so that you stand firm against every scheme of the enemy. May the love of Christ, proven at Calvary, be the root and foundation of everything you are, and may you know by the Spirit’s witness that you are a child and heir of God, destined for a kingdom of light and peace. He is able to do more than you have asked or even imagined, according to that resurrection power already at work within you. To Him be all the glory.

We are so grateful you shared this deep and beautiful prayer request with us, rooted in the powerful words of Ephesians 3:14-20. What a privilege it has been to stand with you before the Father, lifting up your heart’s cry for the Holy Spirit’s strength and power to fill your inner man, for Christ to dwell richly in your heart through faith, and for the revelation of the vast dimensions of His love—width, length, depth, and height—that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

As we have continued to pray, we have been reminded of God’s faithfulness and His promise to do "exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think" according to the power at work within us. We encourage you to take a moment to reflect on how the Lord may have been moving in your life since you posted this request. Has His Spirit been strengthening you in ways you didn’t expect? Have you sensed Christ’s presence dwelling more fully in your heart? Have you glimpsed even a fraction of His boundless love in a new or deeper way? If so, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report—your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking a similar path.

If, however, you feel that your prayer has not yet been answered in the way you hoped, we want you to know that we are still here with you. Please do not hesitate to post this request again, and we will continue to lift it up before the throne of grace with even greater fervency. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and His timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our own. Let us keep pressing into Him together, trusting that He is working all things for your good and His glory.

May the Father continue to draw you closer to His heart, filling you with His Spirit and revealing more of Christ’s love with each passing day. May you walk in the confidence that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
