🧎🏽‍♂️ Holy Spirit Use The Bible 📖, Messages from Pulpit, Divine Appointments, Godly Counsel, Prov 11:14, Visions, Acts 2:17⚡️Dreams 💤 Job 33:12-17; Matt 2:12, Prophecy, Joel 2:28, Num 12:6, Acts 16:9, Leading of Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, The Shepherd's Voice, John 10:27, Signs in The Heavens, Gen 1:14, Matt 2:2, Num 24:17, Signs of The Times, Matt 16:3, 1 Chron 12:32, BEFORE The Sign of The Son of Man, Matt 24:30...

Father, we look to You and Your Word, Isaiah 8:20, rather than the noise and pollution of the world. Thank You, "You are able to save forever those who come to God through Jesus, because He lives to make intercession for us," Heb 7:25, c.f. Rom 8:34. We agree with this husband, for his wife, children, family, friends, prayer and minister partners and and himself -- speak to us by any and every ordinary and extraordinary means: Father, with humble confidence, give her, them, us dreams and visions underlining your will for us in Christ Jesus, as You have done from ancient times: Joseph, Matt 1:20, Magi, Matt 2:12, Abimelech, Gen 20:3, Laban to remain neutral regarding Jacob, Gen 31:24, Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 2:1, Dan 4:5, Paul, Acts 19:6, and You will continue to though the future, Heb 13:8. Your arm is not too short, Num 11:23, especially to save, Isa 50:2, Isa 59:1. As little children, "we know You can do all things and no purpose of GOD can be thwarted,"Job 42:2. We agree with John, that light is stronger than darkness and not able to overcome it, John 1:5. We agree that "nothing shall be impossible with God," Luke 1:27, "The things impossible with man are possible with God," Mark 10:27.

Keep her, him, us and our churches, families, friends, pastors and government leaders from temptation, sin, evil, wrongdoing, lies, fear, evil people, deception, and the evil one, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 8:1, Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, 2 Cor 11:6, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2, Matt 24:4, Rev 12:9, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:3. With thanksgiving we let our requests be made known and claim Your promise of incomprehensible peace, Phil 4:6-7. We thank You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, Jesus' Name, The Amen, and Faithful Witness, Rev 3:14, in Jesus ALL Your promises are Yes, and therefore we say, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20... Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name.

We join you in this humble and earnest request and we agree together with you, this husband, for your wife, your children, your family, friends, prayer and ministry partners, and for yourselves, that the Holy Spirit would indeed speak clearly and lead you according to the will of God.

We love your heart to look first to the Word of God rather than the noise and pollution of the world. As it is written, To the law and to the testimony, if they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them, Isa 8:20. We thank God that His Word is the sure foundation and final authority by which every other impression, counsel, dream, vision, or sign must be tested. We hold fast to what is written, Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work, 2 Tim 3:16-17. And we remember the command to test all things, Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good, 1 Thess 5:21, and Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, 1 John 4:1.

We rejoice that you desire to hear His voice in all the biblical ways He has spoken, through the Scriptures, through messages from the pulpit, through divine appointments, through godly counsel, for where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory, Prov 11:14, through visions and dreams as promised, It will be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams, Acts 2:17, and as Job declares, For God speaks once, yes twice, though man pays no attention. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed, then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction, Job 33:14-16. We also remember how God spoke in prophecy, for it is written, I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, Joel 2:28, and If there is a prophet among you, I, Yahweh, will make myself known to him in a vision. I will speak with him in a dream, Num 12:6, and through the leading of the Holy Spirit, For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God, Rom 8:14, and through the Shepherd's voice, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me, John 10:27. We acknowledge too that God has used signs in the heavens, Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years, Gen 1:14, as with the star that led the wise men, Where is he who is born King of the Jews, for we saw his star in the east and have come to worship him, Matt 2:2, and the prophecy, A star will come out of Jacob, Num 24:17, and signs of the times for those who have understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do, 1 Chron 12:32, as Jesus said, You know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times, Matt 16:3, all while we look for the appearing of the Son of Man, Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, Matt 24:30.

Yet we gently encourage you to keep the Word central and to seek the Giver more than any sign or experience, lest we be led astray by deception, for even Satan masquerades as an angel of light and the evil one deceives the whole world, Rev 12:9, and Jesus warned, See that no one leads you astray, Matt 24:4. Any dream, vision, prophecy, or sign that contradicts Scripture is not from God and must be rejected.

We thank God with you for the great assurance that He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Jesus, since he lives forever to make intercession for them, Heb 7:25, and that Christ Jesus is he who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us, Rom 8:34. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We are grateful you have prayed in Jesus' name, the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, Rev 3:14, for whatever we ask in His name according to His will, He hears us.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace with humble confidence. We thank You that Your arm is not shortened that it cannot save, Isa 59:1, and that You can do all things and no purpose of Yours can be thwarted, Job 42:2. We thank You that the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it, John 1:5, and that nothing is impossible with You, for with God all things are possible, Mark 10:27, and no word from God will be void of power, Luke 1:37.

Father, speak to this husband, his wife, their children, and all their loved ones, and to us, by Your Holy Spirit through Your holy Word first and foremost. Give clarity and confirmation through faithful preaching, through divine appointments, through godly counsel, and if it pleases You, through dreams and visions that underline Your will in Christ Jesus, just as You spoke to Joseph, to the magi being warned in a dream not to return to Herod, Matt 2:12, to Abimelech, Gen 20:3, to Laban, Gen 31:24, to Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 2:1, Dan 4:5, and to Paul through a vision in the night, Acts 16:9. You are Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today, and forever, Heb 13:8, and You still lead Your people today.

We ask that You keep us all, our churches, families, friends, pastors, and government leaders, from temptation and deliver us from the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15. Guard us from sin, wrongdoing, lies, fear, evil men, and deception, and keep us from the schemes of the evil one, for the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thess 3:3. Let us not be deceived by empty words or by those having a form of godliness but denying its power, 2 Tim 3:5.

We bring our requests before You with thanksgiving, as You command, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7. We believe that we receive what we ask according to Your will, for all things, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them, Mark 11:24, and without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, Heb 11:6. We rest in the truth that however many are the promises of God, in him is the Yes. Therefore also through him is the Amen, to the glory of God through us, 2 Cor 1:20.

Lead this family in the way everlasting, make Your will unmistakably clear, and let Your incomprehensible peace rule in their hearts as they walk in obedience to Your Word. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We were moved by how earnestly you are seeking the Lord's voice for your wife, your children, and those you serve with. Wanting to hear Him clearly in every ordinary and extraordinary way comes from a sincere love for Him and for your family.

We find comfort that God has given us His Word as our steady anchor, and His Spirit as our Helper who guides us into truth and brings love and peace in us. When impressions, dreams, or counsel come, that anchor helps us weigh them with humility alongside trusted, godly people who know us well.

One simple step that often helps is to bring the specific decisions or questions on your heart to one or two mature believers or pastors you trust, share what you sense, and pray through it together over time. Walking it out in community keeps us from carrying the weight alone and helps us discern the Shepherd's voice with greater clarity.

Father, we lift this husband, his wife and children, their family and friends and ministry partners to You. Draw each of them close to Jesus, guard them from confusion and the enemy's lies, and fill their home with Your peace. Give them wisdom for each next step and confidence that You are leading them faithfully. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your desire to hear the Shepherd's voice and to be kept from all evil is itself a work of grace, and it is good that you look to the Word rather than to the noise and pollution of the world. To the law and to the testimony, as you have said from Isaiah 8:20, must every impression, dream and counsel be brought, for if they speak not according to this Word it is because there is no light in them.

You ask that the Lord would speak by every ordinary and extraordinary means, by dreams and visions and signs in the heavens. Hear what the Lord has taught us concerning His voice. On the holy mount there came a voice from the excellent Glory, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And the testimony left to us is this, Hear Him. Oh, to be content with hearing Christ and letting other voices go away into eternal silence. Is He God's Son, then hear Him. Is He God's beloved Son, then hear Him. Is the Father well pleased with Him, and with you in Him, then hear Him.

We are often cured of desiring miracles and of wishing to hear voices from God, if we well consider the effect of the Divine voice upon even the favored Apostles. You could not hear the Divine voice any better than they could. The voice out of the cloud would but dismay and distract, the voice of Christ will cheer and comfort and at the same time be an equally powerful assurance to us of the divinity of the whole matter. What you need is not a new revelation, but to hear the sure Word which we already have, made living by the Holy Spirit.

God does guide His people. David could say, Thou shalt guide me with Thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. But that guidance comes not by obstinacy nor by demanding a sign, but by bowing with submission to the will of God. By that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Grace dethrones obstinacy and gives us acquiescence in the Divine will. The Lord guides by His Word opened to the heart, by the faithful preaching of the Gospel in the pulpit, by Divine appointments in providence, and by godly counsel according to Proverbs 11:14, all tried by Scripture. The Holy Spirit does lead the sons of God, Romans 8:14, and His sheep hear His voice and follow Him, John 10:27, yet that voice never contradicts the Scriptures He inspired.

Therefore let us pray that you and your wife, your children and family, your friends and fellow labourers, your churches and pastors and those set over you, may be kept in the way of truth. We ask the Lord to preserve you from temptation and from the Evil One, as you have prayed from Luke 11:4 and Matthew 6:13 and John 17:15. May He preserve your going out and your coming in, and keep you from deceitful errors and sins, from lies and fear and deception and from evil men, for that Evil One touches not those who are kept in Christ. We ask not that you be taken out of the world, but that you should be kept from the evil.

We thank God that He is able to save forever those who come to God through Him, because He ever lives to make intercession for us, Hebrews 7:25. All your hope is in that intercession, in Christ alone. There is no other name by which you must be saved, and in Him all the promises of God are Yes and Amen.

When fear would palsy the soul, lay hold upon the Strong One and get strength from Him, so shall fears be cast out. Commit your way unto the Lord in every business and burden, and with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, that the peace of God which passes all understanding may keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.

May the Lord teach you from your youth and forsake you not when you are old and gray headed, and may you be content to hear Christ in His Word, to follow where He leads, and to trust and not be afraid. In the name of Jesus, the Amen and Faithful Witness, we ask these things. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer shows a sincere desire to hear God and to see your wife, children, family and all who are dear to you kept close to Him, and that desire is good. It is right to look to the Word, as Isaiah says, and to remember with thanksgiving that Jesus lives to make intercession for us and is able to save forever those who come to God through Him. Light is indeed stronger than darkness, and nothing is impossible with God, and no purpose of His can be thwarted.

At the same time I would encourage you to seek His voice where He has promised most clearly to speak. From ancient times God did at rare moments speak in a dream to Joseph, to the Magi, to others, for His great purposes in redemption, but that was never the ordinary way His people were to chase after Him. Scripture itself warns us to test all things by the law and the testimony, and to listen for the Shepherd's voice in His written Word, in faithful preaching from the pulpit, in godly counsel where there is safety, and in the quiet leading of the Spirit that always agrees with Scripture.

The reason for this is that dreams and visions by nature are fleeting. As one waking in the morning finds that the dream of the night has come to nothing, so much of what dazzles us for a moment proves empty when the day dawns. What we need most is not more wild fancies in sleep, but to be awakened. The present life itself can be like a dream when we slumber through it, and the call of the gospel is to shake off that sleep, to put off imaginings and to be clothed with virtue, looking to the Sun of Righteousness who is Christ Himself. When the heart is sober and ordered before God, not stifled by excess or distraction, even our sleep is more settled and our thoughts are not filled with monstrous visions, but our waking life is marked by watchfulness, prayer and obedience.

So continue to seek Him, but seek Him first in the ordinary and sure means He has given. Open the Bible daily and hear Him there. Receive the Word preached. Seek wise, biblically grounded counsel. Walk in obedience to what you already know to be His will in Christ, loving your wife, shepherding your children, living faithfully in the church and before neighbors. If God in His wisdom ever gives an extraordinary encouragement, He will make its meaning clear and it will never contradict what He has already said.

I join you in praying for you and for your wife, your children, your family, friends and fellow servants in prayer and ministry. May the Lord keep you all from temptation, from sin and deception, from fear and from the evil one, and keep you from wrongdoing and falsehood. May He guard your homes and churches and even those who lead in government, and make you watchful and holy. As you make your requests known to Him with thanksgiving, may His peace which passes all understanding guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May He grant you not a pursuit of signs, but a deeper love for Christ, a clearer understanding of His Word, and a life that bears fruit for the common good, using whatever measure He has given you in protection, in giving, in teaching and in service, for His glory.

We ask this with humble confidence in the name of Jesus, in whom every promise of God is Yes and Amen.
