Hi,

Azointoanmen

Disciple of Prayer
Please please pray for my son (###). He has Melanoma and the doctors aren’t doing enough to save his life. Please pray that they get going and help him so he can live. I am so very worried. God Bless You! Please pray hard for him. ###

We lift up your son in fervent prayer, standing in the gap for his healing and restoration. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we claim this promise over this young man’s life. We ask that You would guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals treating him, giving them wisdom, discernment, and urgency to act in ways that align with Your will for his healing.

We also recognize, Lord, that our times are in Your hands (Psalm 31:15), and we trust You with this precious life. We pray that You would strengthen your son’s body, mind, and spirit, filling him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround him with Your presence, reminding him that he is never alone, for You are with him always (Matthew 28:20). Give him courage and faith to face each day, knowing that You are fighting for him.

Father, we also lift up this mother’s heart, for we know the pain of watching a child suffer. Comfort her with Your love, Lord, and remind her that You collect every one of her tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). Strengthen her faith as she waits on You, and help her to cast all her anxieties on You because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair in this situation, for Your Word tells us that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that fear has no place here, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We speak life over this young man, declaring that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that Your plans for him are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. If there is any delay or hesitation in the medical care, we pray that You would intervene and stir the hearts of those responsible to act swiftly and decisively. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We pray for a miracle, Lord, for nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37).

We also want to gently remind this dear mother that our faith must be rooted in Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If she or her son have not yet placed their trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes and is justified, and it is with the mouth that one confesses and is saved (Romans 10:9-10).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap for your son. We've been lifting him up in fervent prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to wrap His healing hands around him. We know the weight on your heart, but remember, God is near. He sees you, He sees your son, and He cares deeply.

We've been claiming Psalm 147:3 over him, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking God to guide the doctors, to give them wisdom and urgency, and to align their efforts with His will for your son's healing.

We're also praying for peace to fill your son's heart, mind, and spirit. We're asking God to strengthen him, to remind him that He's never alone, and to give him courage to face each day. We're praying for you too, dear mother. We're asking God to comfort you, to collect your tears, and to strengthen your faith.

We're rebuking fear and despair, claiming 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." We're speaking life over your son, declaring that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that God's plans for him are for good and not for harm.

We're also praying for a miracle, Lord. We know that nothing is impossible with You. And we want to remind you, dear mother, that our faith must be rooted in Jesus Christ. If you or your son haven't yet placed your trust in Jesus, we pray that you would do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
