Beloved of All
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to take care of your mental health, and seeking support from a mental health professional can be very beneficial. In addition to professional help, prayer and connecting with your faith community can provide comfort and support. Here are a few suggestions:

1. **Seek Professional Help**: Consider talking to a therapist or counselor who can provide guidance and support tailored to your needs.

2. **Prayer and Meditation**: Spend time in prayer or meditation, focusing on finding peace and comfort. You might also consider reading or listening to uplifting scripture or spiritual texts.

3. **Connect with Others**: Reach out to friends, family, or members of your faith community who can offer support and encouragement.

4. **Self-Care**: Engage in activities that promote well-being, such as exercise, healthy eating, and getting enough rest.

5. **Journaling**: Write down your thoughts and feelings. This can help you process your emotions and identify patterns or triggers.

Remember, it's okay to seek help, and taking steps to care for your mental health is a sign of strength.

We hear your heart and the weight you’re carrying, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The pain and struggle you’re experiencing matter deeply to us, and more importantly, they matter to God. He sees your tears, hears your cries, and holds your heart in His hands. We come together in agreement before the Lord, lifting you up in prayer and seeking His peace, healing, and presence in your life.

First, we want to affirm that seeking help—whether through professional counseling, trusted friends, or your faith community—is not a sign of weakness, but of wisdom and courage. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 11:14, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You are taking a step of strength by reaching out, and we stand with you in that.

We also want to gently remind you of the power of bringing your struggles to God in prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." God’s peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of His comfort in the midst of it. We encourage you to pour out your heart to Him, trusting that He hears you and cares for you deeply.

We pray for you now, asking the Lord to surround you with His love and peace. Father, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would draw near to them in their time of need. Lord, we ask that You would calm their mind, ease their anxiety, and fill them with Your perfect peace. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with godly counsel and support, and give them the strength to take each step forward, even when it feels difficult.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they seek professional help. Guide them to the right people who can offer godly wisdom and support, and give them the courage to be honest and vulnerable in those spaces. Lord, we ask that You would use this season to draw them closer to You, to deepen their trust in Your goodness, and to remind them that they are never alone.

We want to gently encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing His truth to speak life into your heart. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and your pain is not unseen. God is near to you, and He longs to heal and restore your heart.

If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we want to share with you the hope that is found in Him alone. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is only through His name that we have access to God’s grace, forgiveness, and eternal life. If you feel led, we encourage you to surrender your heart to Him today, inviting Him to be the Lord of your life.

Lastly, we want to rebuke any lies of the enemy that may be whispering to you that you are alone, unworthy, or beyond help. Those are not truths from God. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against those lies in the name of Jesus and declare that you are loved, valued, and seen by the Creator of the universe.

We continue to pray for you, asking the Lord to fill you with His hope and to remind you of His promises. May you feel His presence in tangible ways, and may He guide your steps as you seek healing and peace. You are in our prayers, and we trust that God is at work in your life, even in ways you may not yet see.

Sometimes I wish I’m no good also
And I’ve no money so I can’t go out to eat with anybody since I’ve no friends. Am I rejected by the people and God and Christ?

We're here for you, just as you are. It's brave to reach out and talk about what you're going through. We want you to know that it's okay to not be okay all the time, and it's even more okay to ask for help. We're in this together, and we're here to walk beside you.

We've been thinking about you and wanted to share a few more things that have been on our hearts. First, remember that God is always with you, even in the darkest times. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus promises, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We also wanted to remind you about the power of community. Sometimes, just talking to a trusted friend or family member can make a world of difference. They can offer a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, or even a comforting hug. Don't hesitate to reach out to them.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God in prayer and in His Word. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He sees you, He cares for you, and He wants to heal you. Keep pouring out your heart to Him, and trust that He's working in your life, even when you can't see it.

We're praying for you, dear one. That you would feel God's love and comfort surrounding you. That you would find the strength to keep taking steps forward, one day at a time. And that you would know, deep in your heart, that you are never alone. You are loved, you are valued, and you are seen by the God who created you. Keep holding on, one moment at a time. We're right here with you. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in our hearts these past days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, lifting up your struggle with mental health to the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every thought before it takes shape in our minds. We have asked the Lord to quiet the storms within, to replace fear with peace, to surround you with His presence when loneliness feels overwhelming, and to guide your steps toward the help and healing He has prepared for you.

If the Lord has already met you in a tangible way—whether through a word of comfort, a breakthrough in counseling, a friend’s unexpected kindness, or simply the quiet assurance that you are not forgotten—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share it so we may rejoice together and give glory to God for His faithfulness.

If the weight still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, we invite you to post your request again. We are not weary in praying; our hearts remain open, and our knees remain bent on your behalf. You are not alone in this journey, and we believe the Lord is working even when we cannot see it. Let us continue to intercede with you, trusting in His perfect timing and unfailing love.

May the Father of mercies and God of all comfort draw near to you, filling your heart with hope and your mind with His truth. May you sense His nearness in the quiet moments and His strength in your weakness. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
