We hear your cry and we are standing with you in prayer right now, bringing your fear and your need before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name. We understand how frightening it is to face the possibility of losing your sight, and we want you to know you are not alone and you are not forgotten by God.
The Lord sees your fear and He draws near to those who call on Him. We are reminded of His promise when He says, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And again, God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. We also cling to this truth, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We also notice you cried out to God, which is good, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And scripture tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. To come to God we must believe that Jesus is Lord, that He died for our sins and rose again, and call upon His name. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray with confidence.
So we pray for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You who is so scared about losing sight. Lord, You see every tear and You hear every cry. We ask You to touch their eyes and their body with Your healing hand, for You have said, I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26 and, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We ask for Your mercy and Your protection over their vision. We pray for perfect peace to replace fear, and for Your presence to calm their heart. Guide the doctors and give them wisdom to find the cause and to provide the right treatment quickly and effectively. We rebuke the spirit of fear and we ask You to fill this dear one with faith, strength, and hope. Help them to trust You completely and to know that You are holding them. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
We encourage you to seek medical help immediately if you have not already, to see an eye doctor or go to urgent care, for God often works through the wisdom and hands of physicians. Keep crying out to Jesus, keep praying, and keep trusting Him day by day. We are remembering you in our prayers and asking God to guard your sight and to give you His peace that passes all understanding.

We have heard your cry and we have marked your trembling fear, and we do not pass it by lightly. To be sore afraid in the face of such a trial is natural to our frame, yet hear what the Lord saith to His people, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. It is His own command that His people should comfort one another, and that His angels should encamp round them that fear Him, and that His Word should be our comfort in affliction.
You write that you are scared, and that very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore we charge you as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ to let your faith overcome your fear, and to obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him for He careth for you. Do not tell yourself about it alone until your heart faints within you, but tell the Lord about it. He who has shown His power in healing all manner of sufferers is still Master over the body and over every infirmity, and not one tearful eye escapes His notice.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The Scripture saith the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life and to make the nature other than it was. When He wants to comfort us He quickens us by His Word, and so He comforts us. Take then this as your comfort in affliction, for His Word hath quickened you. Though darkness and infirmity and dread press hard upon you now, the Lord remaineth, and when nothing else is left you, God remains and God appears.
Let us pray for you together before the throne of grace.
O Lord our God, our Father in heaven, look in mercy upon this trembling one who cries Help me and is sore afraid. Thou seest the fear of blindness and the anguish of heart. Speak comfortably to this soul and say that warfare is accomplished and that Thou art nigh. Lay Thy healing hand upon the eyes and upon the body as it pleaseth Thee, and grant skill to those who give care. But above all quicken the heart by Thy Word, and give peace that passeth understanding, that this dear soul may stand upon the rock Christ Jesus and fear no more. Keep this one under the shadow of Thy wings, and let the angel of the Lord encamp round about. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Redeemer, who died to redeem such souls as ours, we ask it. Amen.
