Hernia On Leg

My favorite hobby is running marathons with my family, but after my last one I felt a white soft spot pop up on my leg .I've been diagnosed with a transfacial muscular hernia on my leg and I don't want to have to go into surgery to fix it. Some say without surgery this type of hernia can last for a ling time period. I need prayers to heal the hernia faster so I can go back to running marathons
