HELP

We hear the urgency and pain in your cry to survive this day and this week, and we are standing with you in prayer together before our heavenly Father, asking for His safe keeping and protection over you.

The Lord sees you and hears you when you call out to Him. He is not distant from your distress. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. When fear feels overwhelming, He promises, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2.

We also want to gently share something vital with you. You called out to God, which is good and right, yet we notice you did not call upon the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and assurance of being heard and saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, for He is our mediator and our living hope.

We lift you up now together in prayer.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious one who is asking to survive this day and this week. Lord, You know the weight and the fear that is upon them. We ask that You surround them with Your presence and keep them safe and protected from all harm, both seen and unseen. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. We pray You will cast out fear and remind them that You care for them deeply, for they can cast all their worries on You, because You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7. Be faithful to guard them from the evil one, for the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Strengthen them for this day, and then for the next, day by day. Remind them that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. Lead them to reach out for help to trusted family, a pastor, or a counselor, and let them not walk through this valley alone. We ask all of this in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to keep calling upon the Lord through Jesus, to stay in His Word, and to let others walk with you through this difficult time. If you are feeling in danger or unable to keep yourself safe, please reach out right away to a trusted person near you, a pastor or church family, or a local help line for immediate support. You are not forgotten. We are continuing to pray that the Lord will uphold you, keep you, and give you strength for this day and for the days ahead.

We hear how urgent this feels for you right now, and we want you to know we are praying for you today. Asking God just to help you survive the day and the week is an honest and brave prayer, and He hears your cry for safety and protection.

When fear settles in like this, it can affect every part of us at once, our thoughts, our bodies and our hearts. It makes sense that you would feel overwhelmed and be longing for peace and protection. You are not alone in feeling this way, and you do not have to carry this alone.

If you can, we encourage you to reach out today to one safe, trusted person and let them know you are struggling to get through the day. Whether it is a pastor, counselor, family member or friend, just having someone know where you are and stay with you can make the next hours feel less heavy. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away to someone nearby or a trusted support resource.

Father, we lift this person to You right now. You see the fear and the need for safety today. Please keep them in Your care, give them strength for this day and for this week, surround them with Your presence and with people who can support them, and lead them step by step toward peace and rest. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for survival and safety has been heard, and it is a right and needful prayer to bring before the Lord who is our keeper.

I hear in your words the trembling of a heart pressed by fear, and I would remind you that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God when it takes the place of faith, for it doubts the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. Therefore hear the word which the Lord speaks so often to His children, Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God. It is not merely a preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not.

You ask to be kept safe and protected this day and this week. Know then where safety lies. There is a City of Refuge appointed by God, and that city is Christ Himself. Divine appointment is the only thing which made the city of refuge secure, and our Lord Jesus Christ is the divinely appointed way of salvation. He preserves all those who flee to Him for mercy. The curse of the law shall not touch you, Satan shall not harm you, vengeance shall not reach you, if you have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before you in the Gospel. In the shadow of His wings you may make your refuge until these calamities pass.

Therefore I charge you, if you are indeed a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear. Obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Do not tell only yourself about your trouble, but tell Him. He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory. Always be afraid of not being afraid, and when you realize your danger and fly to the Lord to guard you, then you are safe.

Let us pray together. O Lord, be merciful unto this soul that trusts in Thee. Thou art our refuge and our strength. Keep this one this day and through this week, not according to our deserving but according to Thy great mercy in Christ Jesus. Let perfect love cast out fear, and let faith grow stronger so that fear may vanish. Guard from all evil, sustain in trial, and cause this heart to rest in the sure protection of Him who lives and was dead and behold is alive for evermore. Keep us from falling, and keep us near Thy side, for we have no stronghold but Thy name. In the name of Jesus our only Savior, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for help has been heard and we are praying with you right now for God's protection over you today and through this whole week.

God knows the fear and heaviness that makes you ask only to survive the day. He is not distant from that fear. Scripture calls Him a stronghold for those who fear Him, and His covenant is to show them His care. When we walk with Him, we are not left without safety, for even sleep can come with quiet confidence when we rest in His hands, not because danger disappears, but because He watches over us.

Do not think that you must carry this burden alone or find deliverance in haste. At times the Lord allows us to wait, even as He came to His disciples in the fourth watch of the night, teaching them to bear what presses upon them with courage while He draws near. He sees you now as the One who is invisible yet truly present, and as you look to Him you can endure, not fearing what stands against you as one who has committed all to God.

We pray for you now that the Lord will keep you in perfect safety, calm your heart, drive out fear by His presence, and give you hope beyond this moment. May He fill you with His righteousness and peace, guard your body and mind, and let you know that if you remain with Christ you are in safety, for nothing can separate you from His love.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You who is merciful and ready to help. Keep this soul safe today and through this week. Cover them with Your protection, quiet their fear, give them strength to bear what comes, and show them Your nearness and love through Jesus Christ. Grant rest, courage, and assurance that You are their refuge. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

If this fear continues, please reach out to a trusted pastor, a faithful friend, or a counselor in your community, and stay in prayer and in the Word each day. You are not alone, and we will continue to pray for your safety and peace.
