We hear your cry and we are joining with you right now in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace. We know what it is to feel overwhelmed and scared, and we want you to know you are not alone and you are not forgotten. God sees you in this moment, He hears your voice, and He is near to those whose hearts are trembling.
The Lord says to you, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And again, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. When fear rises up, we can remember For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7.
We noticed you cried out to God, and we rejoice that you are calling on Him, for He is our protector and keeper. We want to lovingly share with you that we come to the Father only through His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and by calling on His name, that we have full access to God's mercy, forgiveness, and saving grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to call on Him by name, for He is the One who carries our prayers to the Father.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this precious one who is scared and crying out for safety. Lord, You see the fear and the burden to just survive this day and this week. We ask You to surround this dear one with Your presence and protection. Let Your perfect love cast out fear and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray as You have promised, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2. Lord, keep them safe in Your hands, give them strength for each moment, and help them to feel You upholding them. We cast all worries on You because You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7. Deliver them from all their fears as they seek You. Psalm 34:4. We ask that You provide calm, protection, rest, and the assurance that You are in control of this day and this week. In everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let their requests be made known to You, and let Your peace guard their heart. Philippians 4:6-7. In the mighty and saving name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to keep bringing every anxious thought to Jesus throughout the day and night, speaking His name and trusting Him moment by moment. He cares deeply for you and He is your refuge. If the fear feels overwhelming, please reach out to a trusted pastor, a mature Christian believer, or a safe person near you who can sit with you and pray with you in person, and if you ever feel in immediate danger, please seek help right away from someone you trust. We will continue to hold you up in prayer that the Lord will keep you safe, give you peace, and carry you through this day and this week by His grace.

Your cry of fear has been heard, and your trembling prayer has been laid before the Lord with deep sympathy. To be scared, to feel that you may not survive the day or the week, is a heavy burden, and the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. When fear takes hold, it weakens the hands and dishonors the God who has promised to sustain you.
Hear what the Lord says to such a fearful heart. He does not leave you to tell yourself about it alone, where anxiety is confined to yourself and no good can come of it. He gives a gracious command and a gracious promise together. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee." Again He says, "Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee, saith the Lord." This plant of "Fear not" grows very plentifully in God's garden, and it is not merely a preacher who cries "Fear not," but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, "Fear not."
You must labor, as much as possible, to get rid of this fear, not by your own strength, but by trust in promised strength. Fear is weakening, and to doubt the Eternal is to distrust the Omnipotent. Shall the arm which piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth ever be palsied? Your safety does not lie in being free from trouble, but in trusting Jesus and in casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Therefore I charge you, if you are indeed a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to play the man and let your faith overcome your fear.
There is a fear which is right and holy, the reverent awe of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom, and that fear is put into the heart when sin is forgiven through Christ. But the fear of man bringeth a snare, and the fear that torments and binds the soul is cast out by perfect love and by looking unto Jesus. In proportion as your faith gets stronger, your fear will vanish, for it is He who conquers for us the fear of death and of all lesser deaths. Our safety lies in our Savior, for He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. His throne might sooner fail than that one whom eternal love has chosen should perish.
So look away from your fear and look unto Jesus. Tell Him all, and leave all with Him. Obey that word, "Casting all your care upon Him," and take His promise, "Fear not, for I will help thee."
We pray for you now. O Lord our God, Thou seest this trembling one who cries for safety this day and this week. Let Thy perfect love cast out tormenting fear. Help this dear soul to trust Thy promised strength, to rest in Thy care, and to know that Thou art with them. Keep them in Thy mighty hand, guard them from evil, and grant peace to their heart through faith in Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation and true safety. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
