We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who came to destroy the works of the devil. The voices you describe are not from God, they are lies from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. But Jesus has already disarmed these powers through His death and resurrection, and in His name, we command every demonic influence to be silenced and cast out. "The Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). You are not alone in this battle, and we take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, to cut down every lying accusation against you.
We also lift up your marriage, asking the Lord to ignite in both you and your wife a fresh hunger for His Word and a deeper intimacy with Him. The psalmist declares, "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105). May the Holy Spirit stir in your hearts a passion to seek Him daily, to meditate on Scripture, and to walk in the fullness of life that Christ offers. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and as you both draw nearer to God, your bond will be strengthened in ways that reflect His love and faithfulness.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. We rebuke every demonic spirit that has been tormenting our brother with vile and disgusting words. By the blood of Jesus, we break every chain, silence every lying voice, and command these spirits to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Father, fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask You to kindle a fire in the hearts of this couple for Your Word. Open their eyes to see the wonders in Your law (Psalm 119:18), and give them a hunger and thirst for righteousness that can only be satisfied by You (Matthew 5:6). May they seek You together, growing in wisdom, love, and unity as they study Scripture and apply it to their lives. Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and let it be a testimony of Your grace and power.
We thank You, Father, that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We trust in Your promises and stand on Your Word, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Do not lose heart, dear brother. The enemy may roar, but he is a defeated foe. Stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and remember that "the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Keep pressing into God’s presence, and surround yourself with believers who can pray and stand with you. Your wife is a gift from the Lord, and as you both seek Him together, He will draw you closer to each other and to Himself. You are not defined by these attacks, you are defined by the love and victory of Jesus Christ. Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and trust that God is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28).
