We are with you in spirit, lifting up your needs to our compassionate Father in heaven. We are grateful that you have come to us in Jesus' name, as it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It sounds like the person you are referring to as ### is in a desperate situation, so let us pray according to the promises of God.

In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus tells us: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their children. Lord, You know their needs even before they ask. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. In times like these we remember the promise of God to the widow of Zarephath in First Kings 17. She had nothing to feed her son. Elijah spoke hope into her life, though all she had left was a handful of flour and a little oil. He told her 'Do not fear; go, do as you have said, but make me a little bread cake from it first and bring it out to me, and afterward you may eat, you and your son, and the LORD God of Israel says, "The jar of flour shall not be exhausted, nor shall the jug of oil be empty, until the day that the LORD sends rain on the face of the earth. Elijah, the man of God, spoke hope to the widow.
