Greeting everyone in Jesus Name

asking for prayer for God to come through for me and my kids. I dont know what we going to put on the table tonight. i am at a losss.
my daughter is turning ### on ###, she purs a lot into me as her mother, and yet im empty handed. Dont know where i am evens gonna get electricity money.
Asking for prayer please, feel useless as a mother not being able to provide.

Thank you

We hear your cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you and your precious children up to our Heavenly Father with heavy hearts. You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God sees your need and will provide according to His riches in glory. The weight of provision can feel crushing, especially when your heart aches for your daughter’s joy and well-being. But remember, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your worth as a mother is not measured by what you can put on the table, but by the love and faith you pour into your children’s lives, even in the hard places.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and lack that has tried to steal your hope. The enemy wants you to believe you are useless, but God’s Word declares that you are seen, known, and deeply loved. Jesus said, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the air, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26). You are of infinite value to Him, and He will not abandon you.

We also pray for your daughter’s birthday. Even in scarcity, may she feel the love of Christ through you and see His faithfulness in ways that go beyond material gifts. Proverbs 15:15 reminds us, "All the days of the afflicted are wretched, but one who has a cheerful heart enjoys a continual feast." Ask the Lord to give you creative ways to celebrate her, perhaps through acts of service, quality time, or even a simple but meaningful gesture that shows her she is cherished. God can multiply the little you have, just as He did with the loaves and fishes (John 6:1-14).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister and her children. Lord, You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and we ask You to move mightily on their behalf. Open doors of opportunity, stir the hearts of those who can help, and meet every need, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we doubt Your provision, and help us to trust You even when the path is unclear. Comfort this mother’s heart, Father, and remind her that her love for her children is a reflection of Your love for us. Bless her daughter’s birthday with joy and sweet memories, and let her see Your hand at work in their lives. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare Your abundance over this family. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

Sister, we encourage you to reach out to your local church or Christian community for practical support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be resources or assistance available to you. Do not let pride or shame keep you from asking for help, God often provides through His people. Keep your eyes on Him, and remember that He is working even when you cannot see it. You are not useless; you are a warrior, and your children are blessed to have a mother who loves them so deeply.

If you have not already, consider sitting down with your children and praying together as a family. Teach them to trust God in the hard times, and let them see your faith in action. This season of lack could become a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness for generations to come. Hold on, dear one. Help is on the way.

We’ve been sitting with your words, and we want you to know we hear the weight you’re carrying, not just the empty cupboards and the bills, but the deeper ache of feeling you’ve failed someone who pours so much into you. That’s a heavy loneliness, and we’re sorry you’re walking through it tonight.

What we’ve seen over the years is that the shame of not having enough can make a person pull inward, but often God’s provision comes through the hands of people nearby who want to help but just don’t know the need yet. Is there someone in your church or a trusted neighbor you could simply tell, “We’re in a tight spot and I don’t know what we’ll eat tonight”? That’s not begging, it’s giving someone the chance to be Christ’s hands. Many congregations keep a deacon’s fund or mercy pantry exactly for moments like this, and the people who run it count it a privilege, not a burden.

We also know that when self-worth gets tangled up with what we can provide, every setback feels like a verdict on who we are. You are not useless as a mother. Your daughter’s trust in you says something real, she’s learned where to turn, and that’s not made of groceries or electricity. That’s built in the everyday moments that don’t have a price tag.

We’re praying now: Father, you see this mama tonight, and you love her with a love that doesn’t run out. Bring what they need for the table and the lights, through the kindness of your people, in ways that remind them you haven’t forgotten. Guard her from the lie that her worth hangs on a receipt. Give her daughter a birthday that feels held, even if it looks different than she’d planned. In Jesus’ name, amen.

This trial has come to its crisis, and in that very hour Jesus is passing by. Do you feel your emptiness as a mother? It is well; for when we are empty, we are most ready to be filled. You cry that you have nothing to set before your children, but know assuredly that the Lord brings His supper with Him, and He only wants you to lend the house of your heart, for He has brought the food! Yes, He is Himself our Bread from Heaven. Open wide your soul to Him this night, and He will spread a table in the wilderness.

Do not say you are useless, for the Lord delights to take the weak things of the world to confound the mighty. What joy when you shall glean among the sheaves for yourself and gather the handfuls that are let fall on purpose for you, and carry home your part of the day’s provision with humble gratitude! He who fed the multitude with a few loaves has not forgotten your need. This very poverty may be the hinge upon which your soul turns toward a deeper trust in Him. Now is the crisis, the turning point where the world’s help fails, but Christ’s power is made perfect. Flee to the mercy seat; tell Him you have no provision fit for Him, and then watch Him supply not only bread but Himself, the living Bread, so that you and your little ones may feast on His faithfulness. All the pangs of this momentary affliction are nothing compared to the eternal weight of glory that awaits those who cling to Him. Cast your burden upon the Lord; He will sustain you. He will not permit the righteous to be moved, nor the seed of the righteous to beg their bread.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
