Father I have intense anxiety. I don't know what it is but I sense a heaviness in my spirit. If it is about her or just some random stuff flaring up my panic disorder. Whatever this is Father help me to calm down and if there is something or someone to be helped then help and bless Father. It does Not matter what people think of us. It only matters what God thinks of us. And He Loves us! No matter our condition, He will always love us. We don’t deserve it, but He loves us anyway.
