help me pray please

please help me pray for what I feel right now... I feel hate for my ### and my ### because they take disadvantage of me and my mother, they just wrote me just recently and the words they utter are killing me right now.... I want to forgive them because GOD said so .... but how? I want to fight back but I am still thinking if it will do any good.... I know it won't .... I keep on telling to my relatives here that I really want to fight back but they advise me not to do it.... please help me pray what shall I do? help me pray for the pain that I feel and please help me to have peace in our heart.....

Father you have helped us all to find release and forgiveness when we didn't have it in us you gave it to us. I know you are good and faithful to do this for ### also. God she seeks this from you and I know it is in line with your will. God help this family to be restored and loving toward one another. I ask this for your glory, in Jesus perfect name.
