Help Me Let Go Of The Shame

Father God I have been doing some thinking and I thought maybe it is a good idea for me to let go of all the shame inside of me and all the humiliation I feel. I believe it is very important for gaining some security and confidence in my life.

Okay so here goes, Father God I am sorry for lying and making my life seem so dramatic, making myself seem so dramatic, I am sorry for attention seeking, I am sorry for not giving him eye contact especially when we talked in the car in my lessons,I am sorry for having an attitude towards him, I am sorry for telling him to shut up, screw you, I am sorry for snapping at him. I am sorry for the arrogant way I spoke to him. I am sorry for the weird way I cannot describe, the loud way I spoke to him, the way I spoke to him and the things I said. I am sorry for not thinking before I spoke to him. I am sorry for texting and texting him after he ignored me. I am sorry for the things I would say in text messages. Though I cannot remember every bad thing I did. I am sorry for having low confidence. I am sorry for not keeping this secret from my friends and people and telling them how things were going. I am sorry for not being my self. I am sorry I messed up. Forgive me God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.

oh and I am sorry for constantly complaining and complaining about things when I was with him. I am sorry for always being sarcastic with him. I am sorry about my whole attitude and the things I said to him. Help me let go of this now so I can gain some confidence and not be insecure. Amen.
