Thank you for sharing this honestly and for asking for help. Bringing this struggle into the light before God and before others is a courageous and right step, and God receives those who come to Him in humility and truth seeking to turn from sin.
Scripture teaches that our bodies are not our own, that sexual intimacy is given by God to be expressed only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and that all sexual activity outside that design, including pornography, is sin against God and against our own souls. It stirs up lust that never satisfies, and as you have experienced, it can quickly become a strong habit that feels hard to break. The way to freedom is not by feeding the desire with more, but by turning away from it and cutting off its sources, so that the mind and heart can be renewed.
There is forgiveness and cleansing through Jesus Christ alone for all who confess their sin and turn to Him. If you have trusted in Christ, you have already been washed, and now God calls you to walk in that new life with diligence. That means making a clear decision to flee from what tempts you, to remove access where you can, to fill your mind daily with Scripture, to pray continually for strength, and to walk in the light with other believers. Do not fight this alone. Confess to a faithful pastor or a mature and trusted brother who can pray with you, ask you honest questions, and encourage you week by week. When temptation comes, turn immediately to prayer, to the Word, and to that brother for help, and learn to recognize the moments and places where you are most vulnerable so you can avoid them.
I pray for you now that God will give you deep sorrow for sin and deep joy in His mercy, that He will strengthen you by His Spirit to say no to lust and yes to purity, that He will renew your mind and help you to love what is holy, and that He will fill the places where lust once ruled with love for Christ, for His people, and for the good works He has prepared for you. He is able to make you stand and to lead you into lasting freedom as you abide in Him day by day. Keep seeking Him, keep staying accountable, and do not lose hope when progress feels slow. God is faithful and He will provide a way out so that you can endure and grow.
