We rejoice with you and we give all the glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for the great improvement He has already worked in your life, for it is He who hears our cries and delivers us. We hear your heart crying out for lasting and true freedom and we join you in praying for complete deliverance for the glory of God.
What you have described, pornography, masturbation, flirting and sexual sins, the Word of God calls sexual immorality, and we must not treat it lightly. Jesus said that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart in Matthew 5:28. We are commanded to flee sexual immorality, every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body in 1 Corinthians 6:18, and to flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace in 2 Timothy 2:22. Flirting with the opposite sex outside of godly courtship that seeks marriage to a fellow believer opens the door to lust and fornication, and God calls us to a higher standard. For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4. God's good design for sexual intimacy is only within the lifelong marriage covenant between one man and one woman, and anything outside of that is sin that must be put to death.
We praise God that you have prayed and cried out, for the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart, God, you will not despise in Psalm 51:17, and the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles in Psalm 34:17. The improvement you see is evidence of His mercy and power, and He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ in Philippians 1:6.
We encourage you to continue to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever, just as Jesus taught to take radical action against sin. This means making no provision for the flesh in Romans 13:14, cutting off every source and access to pornography, guarding your eyes and your heart, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ in 2 Corinthians 10:5, and setting your mind on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is pure in Philippians 4:8. We encourage you to be transformed by the renewing of your mind in Romans 12:2 through daily washing in the Word, memorization of Scripture, prayer and even fasting, and to walk in the light with trusted, godly accountability, for confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed in James 5:16. Submit therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you in James 4:7.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for Your mercy and for the victory You have already given to our dear brother. We ask You to create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him in Psalm 51:10. Lord, renew his mind, make him very wise with the wisdom that comes from above, and teach him to discern and to hate every form of sexual sin. Show him mercy, speak to him, give him understanding and complete deliverance, and help him to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from his life and heart. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may not fulfill the lust of the flesh in Galatians 5:16, and strengthen him to flee every temptation, for You are faithful, who will not allow him to be tempted above what he is able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape in 1 Corinthians 10:13. Keep him pure and blameless until marriage if it is Your will for him to marry a godly wife, and help him to pursue holiness without which no man will see the Lord in Hebrews 12:14. When he stumbles, remind him that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness in 1 John 1:9. We ask for lasting and true holiness that will bring glory to Your Name alone. In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to keep crying out, keep abiding in Christ and in His Word, and to trust that God will answer and will keep you. Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth, sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion in Colossians 3:5, and walk as a new creation in Christ.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
