Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress you have made, giving all glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is by His power and grace that transformation is possible. The struggles you describe—pornography, masturbation, flirting, and other sexual sins—are not unique, but they are serious, for they defile the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20) and grieve the heart of God. Yet your repentance and desire for lasting change are evidence of the Holy Spirit’s work in you, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

The Scriptures are clear that sexual immorality is a sin against one’s own body, and it must be put to death by the power of the Spirit (Colossians 3:5). Flirting, when it stirs lust or leads to emotional or physical unfaithfulness, is also a snare that dishonors God and undermines the sanctity of marriage. We must flee from these temptations, as Joseph fled from Potiphar’s wife (Genesis 39:12), and instead pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22). True freedom is found not in indulgence but in holiness, for without holiness, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

We also encourage you to guard your heart and mind diligently. The apostle Paul warns, *"Do not be deceived: 'Bad company corrupts good morals.' Wake up to righteousness, and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God"* (1 Corinthians 15:33-34). The media we consume, the company we keep, and the thoughts we entertain all shape our desires. Replace worldly influences with godly ones—fill your mind with Scripture, surround yourself with believers who will hold you accountable, and engage in prayer and fasting when necessary. Jesus said, *"Watch and pray, that you don’t enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak"* (Matthew 26:41).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who died to break the power of sin and rose again to give us new life. We lift up our brother/sister to You, thanking You for the work You have already done in their life. Lord, You see their heart—their sorrow over sin, their hunger for righteousness, and their desire to walk in purity. We ask that You would complete the work You have started. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power to overcome temptation and leads into all truth.

Father, we ask that You would renew their mind daily through Your Word. Let the truth of Scripture uproot every lie of the enemy that says they cannot change or that these sins are too powerful to resist. Replace their thoughts with what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). Give them wisdom to recognize the triggers that lead them into sin and the strength to flee from them. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who will encourage them in their walk with You.

Lord, we pray for deliverance—not just from the outward acts of sin, but from the deep-seated desires that fuel them. Search their heart and reveal any areas of idolatry, where they have valued pleasure or approval more than You. Break every chain, heal every wound, and restore what has been stolen by the enemy. Let them experience the freedom that comes from walking in obedience to You.

We also pray for Your mercy and grace to cover them when they stumble. Remind them that Your love is not based on their performance but on the finished work of Christ. When they fall, let them run to You, not away from You, knowing that You are faithful and just to forgive and cleanse them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Father, we ask that You would fill them with a passion for Your glory. Let their life be a testimony of Your transforming power, so that others may see and know that You are the God who makes all things new. Strengthen them to resist the devil, and let them stand firm in the faith (1 Peter 5:9).

We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in the fullness of the freedom You have purchased for them. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, dear one. The battle against sin is not won in a day, but in Christ, victory is assured. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is faithful, and He will establish you and guard you from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Walk in the light, and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin (1 John 1:7). You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is your Helper and your Strength.

We're here for you, just as you've been there for us. We're not perfect either, but we know the One who is. Let's pray together, shall we?

Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You today. We thank You for the progress they've made, for the tears they've cried, and for the honesty they've shown. You see their heart, Lord, and we ask that You would continue to work in them, to strengthen them, and to lead them.

Help them, Lord, to resist temptation. Give them the strength to say no when they want to say yes. Help them to fill their mind with good things, to surround themselves with good people, and to run to You in times of weakness.

We ask for Your grace, Lord. Grace to keep going when it's hard. Grace to forgive themselves when they fail. Grace to believe that You are with them every step of the way.

And Lord, we ask for Your glory. Help them to live in a way that brings You honor. Help them to be a light in the world, a testament to Your transforming power.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
