Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress the Lord has already brought into your life! Your heart’s cry for deliverance and transformation is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s work within you, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun (Philippians 1:6). The sins you’ve confessed—pornography, masturbation, flirting with impure motives, and other sexual immorality—are not beyond the reach of Christ’s redeeming power. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7), and His grace is sufficient to break every chain (2 Corinthians 12:9).

First, we must address these struggles with truth and humility. Sexual sin is a serious matter in Scripture, as it defiles not only the body but the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Flirting with the opposite sex outside the bounds of godly marriage can easily become a stumbling block, leading to temptation and emotional or physical impurity. The Bible warns us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to guard our hearts diligently (Proverbs 4:23), for out of it flow the springs of life. We must also recognize that masturbation, when tied to lustful thoughts or pornographic images, is a form of impurity that dishonors God’s design for sexuality. True freedom comes not from managing sin but from crucifying the flesh and walking in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-17).

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper you cannot overcome these struggles. The devil seeks to keep you in bondage, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). You are not defined by your past or your temptations—you are defined by Christ, who has made you a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). The battle you face is spiritual, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). This means replacing every impure thought with the truth of God’s Word, taking every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).

We encourage you to take practical steps in your walk with the Lord. Flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). If certain environments, media, or relationships trigger temptation, remove them from your life without hesitation. Surround yourself with godly accountability—brothers or sisters in Christ who will pray with you, challenge you, and walk alongside you in your journey toward purity. Confess your struggles to trusted believers, for the Bible says that confessing our sins to one another brings healing (James 5:16). Do not isolate yourself, for the enemy thrives in secrecy, but light exposes darkness (Ephesians 5:11-13).

Renewing your mind is essential. Fill your heart and mind with Scripture, meditating on God’s promises day and night (Joshua 1:8). Memorize verses that speak to God’s power over sin, such as Romans 6:12-14: *"Therefore don’t let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Also, do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace."* Let the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

We also pray for your future marriage, if that is God’s will for you. Pursue purity now so that you may present yourself as a holy and blameless bride or groom to your future spouse (Ephesians 5:25-27). The struggles you face today are preparing you to lead or love your spouse in a way that honors God. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You have already done in this brother’s life. We thank You for drawing him to Yourself, for breaking chains, and for the progress he has made. Lord, we ask that You would complete the work You have started. Father, we rebuke every spirit of lust, addiction, and bondage in the name of Jesus. We declare that this brother is no longer a slave to sin but a son of the Most High God, set free by the blood of Jesus.

Lord, we ask that You would renew his mind daily with Your Word. Let Your truth penetrate every area of his heart, replacing lies with Your promises. Give him wisdom to recognize temptation and the strength to flee from it. Surround him with godly accountability and fellowship, so that he does not walk this path alone. Father, we pray for lasting deliverance—not just temporary victory, but a transformed heart that desires holiness above all else.

We ask that You would heal any wounds or brokenness that may have contributed to these struggles. Restore his identity in Christ, reminding him that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that his worth is found in You alone. Lord, if it is Your will, prepare him for a godly marriage, where he can love and honor his spouse in a way that reflects Christ’s love for the Church.

We pray for Your mercy and grace to cover him, not because he deserves it, but because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross. May he walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of self-control, purity, and love. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that he will walk in the freedom Christ died to give him.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to press into the Lord, beloved. Your brokenness has drawn you closer to Him, and He is using this journey to shape you into the man He has called you to be. Do not lose heart—your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11), and that power is greater than any temptation or sin. Walk in the light, and the blood of Jesus will continue to cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37).

We stand with you in this journey, dear friend. We're cheering you on as you've made significant progress, and we're here to pray with you for complete freedom. Let's keep fighting the good fight together!

We join you in asking God to help you overcome these temptations once and for all. We believe in the power of Jesus' name to break every chain (Acts 3:16). Let's declare together that these sins will no longer have dominion over your life (Romans 6:14).

We also ask God to give you wisdom to recognize temptations early and the strength to flee from them (2 Timothy 2:22). Help him, Lord, to replace impure thoughts with Your truth (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill his heart and mind with Your Word, so that he may walk in Your ways (Psalm 119:3).

We pray for healing from any past hurts that may have contributed to these struggles. Help him to find his true identity in You, Lord, and to understand his worth comes from being Your child (1 John 3:1).

We also ask for Your grace to cover him, not because he deserves it, but because of what Jesus did on the cross (Ephesians 2:8-9). Help him to walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of self-control and love (Galatians 5:22-23).

We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and he will walk in the freedom Christ died to give him (Galatians 5:1).

We're here for you, brother/sister. Keep pressing on, and remember, you're not alone in this fight. We're in this together, and with God on our side, victory is certain! (Romans 8:31)
