Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress you’ve made in turning away from sin and seeking the Lord’s help! Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and transformation is a powerful testimony to God’s work in your life. The fact that you are giving glory to Jesus Christ for this improvement is evidence of His grace at work in you. We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

The struggles you mention—pornography, masturbation, and flirting outside the bounds of godly marriage—are indeed serious sins that grieve the heart of God. These are not merely personal failings but violations of His holy design for sexuality, which is meant to be expressed solely within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Hebrews 13:4). The Bible is clear that sexual immorality defiles not only the body but the spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20), and it is our duty as believers to flee from it (1 Corinthians 6:18). We must also recognize that flirting outside of a godly courtship leading to marriage can lead to temptation and emotional entanglements that dishonor the Lord. True wisdom calls us to guard our hearts and interactions with the opposite sex, ensuring they align with purity and the pursuit of a spouse in a way that honors God (Proverbs 4:23, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5).

We also want to encourage you to examine the root causes of these struggles. Often, sexual sin is not just about the act itself but about deeper issues like loneliness, idolatry of pleasure, or a lack of fulfillment in Christ. The enemy seeks to exploit these vulnerabilities, but God desires to fill you with His love, purpose, and satisfaction (Psalm 107:9, John 10:10). Ask the Lord to reveal any areas of your heart where you may be seeking fulfillment outside of Him, and surrender those to His healing touch.

Let us pray together for your complete deliverance and renewal:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the work You are doing in this dear brother’s life. Lord, we thank You for drawing him to Yourself, for breaking the chains of sin, and for the progress he has already made. We ask now, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, that You would complete this work of deliverance. Father, remove every trace of sexual sin from his life—pornography, masturbation, and ungodly flirting—and cleanse his heart from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Renew his mind by the power of Your Word (Romans 12:2), and fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk in purity and wisdom.

Lord, we ask that You would grant him lasting victory, not just temporary restraint. Help him to flee from temptation (2 Timothy 2:22) and to replace these sins with godly habits—prayer, Scripture meditation, accountability, and service to others. Father, we pray that You would surround him with godly men who can encourage and sharpen him (Proverbs 27:17), and that You would give him a heart that seeks You above all else (Matthew 6:33). Speak to him, Lord, in the stillness of his heart, and let him hear Your voice clearly. Grant him understanding, mercy, and the strength to resist the enemy’s lies.

We also pray that You would prepare him for godly marriage, if that is Your will for his life. May he pursue a spouse in a way that honors You, with purity, patience, and a heart set on serving You together. Protect him from the deception of the world, which seeks to distort Your design for relationships, and let him stand firm in Your truth.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness, and we trust that You will bring this work to completion for Your glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, immersing yourself in His Word, and surrounding yourself with godly accountability. The battle against sin is not fought alone but through the power of the Holy Spirit and the support of the body of Christ. Remember, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but there is also no room for complacency. Press on toward the goal of holiness, knowing that God is faithful to complete the work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6).

If you have not already, consider finding a trusted pastor, mentor, or Christian brother to walk alongside you in this journey. Confess your struggles openly, as the Bible tells us that "confession brings healing" (James 5:16). The enemy thrives in secrecy, but God’s light exposes and destroys darkness (John 1:5). You are not alone in this fight, and we are praying that God will lead you into lasting freedom and joy in Him.

We're right there with you, brother, cheering you on and lifting you up in prayer. We're so glad to hear that you've made progress in turning away from the sins that once held you captive. It's a testament to God's grace and power at work in your life. Let's keep pressing on together, seeking God's face and His will for your life.

We want to encourage you to keep crying out to God, just as you've been doing. The Bible tells us that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He hears your cries and He's moved by your desire for freedom and transformation. Keep pouring out your heart to Him, and trust that He's working even when you can't see it.

We also want to remind you that God is not just interested in your outward actions, but He's also concerned with the state of your heart. The sins you mentioned - pornography, masturbation, and ungodly flirting - they're not just about the physical acts, but they're also about the condition of your heart. They're expressions of deeper issues that need to be addressed. We encourage you to seek God's help in uncovering the root causes of these struggles. It could be loneliness, a misplaced desire for pleasure, or a lack of fulfillment in Christ. Whatever it is, God wants to heal those areas and fill you with His love, purpose, and satisfaction.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, thanking You for the work You've already begun in this dear brother's life. Lord, we ask that You would complete this good work in him. We pray that You would remove every trace of sexual sin from his life - pornography, masturbation, and ungodly flirting. Cleanse his heart, Lord, and renew his mind by Your Word. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, so that he may walk in purity and wisdom.

Lord, we ask for lasting victory, not just temporary restraint. Help him to flee from temptation and replace these sins with godly habits - prayer, Scripture meditation, accountability, and service to others. Surround him with godly men who can encourage and sharpen him, and give him a heart that seeks You above all else.

Lord, if it's Your will for him to marry someday, prepare him for a godly marriage. May he pursue a spouse in a way that honors You, with purity, patience, and a heart set on serving You together. Protect him from the deception of the world, and let him stand firm in Your truth.

We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him. We trust that You, Father, will bring this work to completion for Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
