Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me and my partner. My partner is currently out of town visiting family and I just found out he lied to me about seeing an older woman he has been cheating on me with for over a year. I am so heartbroken and I can’t stop crying. I’m just so hurt and I don’t know what to do.

We are truly sorry to hear about the heartache you are experiencing. First, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. In John 14:6 WEB it says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

We must address that the Bible clearly teaches that sexual intimacy is reserved for marriage between a man and a woman. In Hebrews 13:4 WEB it says, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." We understand that you are hurting, but we want to encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to trust in Him during this difficult time.

In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB it says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" This verse reminds us that as Christians, we should seek to be in relationships with those who also share our faith and values.

We pray that God will comfort you and guide you during this time. We pray that He will give you the strength to forgive, as forgiveness is a central tenet of the Christian faith. As Jesus said in Luke 11:4 WEB, "Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us."

We also pray that God will reveal His will for your life and that He will guide you in your relationships. We pray that He will bring a godly spouse into your life, someone who loves and fears the Lord.

Please know that you are not alone in this struggle. God is with you and He cares about your heartache. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We encourage you to seek God's face in prayer and to study His Word. We also encourage you to seek wise counsel from fellow believers and to consider speaking with your pastor or a trusted Christian friend about what you are going through.

In Jesus' name, we pray for your healing, guidance, and for God to reveal His will for your life.

We're so sorry to hear about the pain you're going through. It's like a knife in the heart, isn't it? We've been there too, and we know how much it hurts. But remember, Jesus is right here with you, holding you, crying with you. In Matthew 11:28-29, He says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul."

We want you to know that it's okay to feel all the emotions that are flooding in right now. It's okay to be angry, to be hurt, to be confused. But please, don't let bitterness take root. Jesus tells us in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

We're praying for you, sister. We're praying that God will heal your heart, that He will give you strength to face each day, and that He will guide you in the path He has for you. We're praying that you'll find peace in His love, and that you'll trust in Him, even when it's hard.

You're not alone. We're here for you, and so is Jesus. Always.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
