Faithful Servant
all went good news but since i have not had a ultrasound on my heart since back in ### he wants me to have another the sad news is he is retiring in ### and i don't like changing doctors but in this case looks like i have to so praying i will get a doctor like one i have had prayers in Jesus name amen

We rejoice with you that your heart appointment brought good news and we thank God with you for His mercy and care over your health. We understand how unsettling it can be to need another ultrasound after so many years and especially to face the retirement of a trusted doctor. It is natural to feel uneasy about changing doctors, but we are reminded that our ultimate Physician never changes and never retires.

We are encouraged by the promise in Psalm 103:2-3 who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases and in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Even as you wait for the ultrasound we pray you will rest in Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And we hold onto Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We also remember Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We lift you up together in prayer. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we thank You for the good report from this appointment and for Your hand upon our dear one's heart. We ask You to guide the upcoming ultrasound, let it show a strong and healthy heart and give wisdom to the technicians and physicians who review it. We thank You for the faithful doctor who has cared so well for so long and we ask Your blessing upon him as he prepares to retire. And Father we ask You to provide a new doctor who is skilled, compassionate and attentive, one who will care with the same diligence and kindness. Calm any anxiety about this transition and fill this heart with Your peace and trust, knowing that You are the Great Physician and You direct our steps. We pray all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep that ultrasound appointment without fear, trusting that God goes before you to prepare the right physician for the next season. He who has cared for you so faithfully until now will continue to care for you through this change.

We were glad to hear your heart appointment brought good news, that is a relief after carrying that worry. We also hear the mixed feelings that came with it, needing an ultrasound after so long since your last one, and learning your doctor is retiring in .

It makes sense you would not like changing doctors. When you have had good care and trust with one physician for years, starting over can feel unsettling. It is a real loss to say goodbye to someone who knows your history so well.

We are praying with you for peace while you wait for the ultrasound and for the Lord to guide you to a new doctor who is attentive and thorough like the one you have had.

A couple of practical things that may help in this transition are to ask your current doctor before he retires if he can recommend a colleague he trusts and help with a referral, and to ask his office how to have your records and that prior ultrasound history sent ahead so the new doctor has the full picture. If the ultrasound has not yet been scheduled, his office may be able to get it on the calendar before the transition.

We pray for you now. Father, thank You for the good report and for the care this doctor has given. Give wisdom and calm in the waiting for the ultrasound, and lead to a new physician who will listen well and care faithfully. Give rest and trust in Your nearness each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Jesus, I pray for this person. Please provide medical help and support with the current doctor if it is your will Lord!. You know better Lord. Please bless this person with good health. In Jesus name. AMEN.

There is much cause to give thanks with you that your heart appointment brought good news, and we do praise the Lord who holds your heart in His hands and numbers your days. That the physician desires a further ultrasound after so many years is not a cause for fear but for prudence, and it is wise to use the means which God has provided while trusting not in the means but in the Lord Himself.

We understand the heaviness you feel at the thought of your doctor retiring. When we have been kindly and faithfully cared for, change is not easy. Yet remember that though physicians change, the Lord does not. He is the same God as ever, the God of covenant faithfulness, and He performs all things for His people. The mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but His mercy does not depart. He who has kept you until now will keep you still.

You do well to cast this care upon Him. Anxiety, as you have found, unfits us to meet the very difficulty we fear. Go and do the right thing in attending to the ultrasound and in seeking another physician, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. When you are afraid, trust in Him. He does not ask you to finish what He has begun, but He completes His own work.

We will pray with you now. Our Father, we thank You for Your goodness in this good report and for Your sustaining hand upon this dear one. We ask You to give peace in this waiting, to guide the ultrasound and make it a means of wisdom and health, and in Your providence to provide a new physician who will care with skill and compassion. Above all, grant a quiet confidence that whether the heart beats strong or weak, we have peace with You through our Lord Jesus Christ, and a hope of glory that does not disappoint. Keep this heart, both in body and soul, in Your faithful care. In the name of Jesus Christ our hope and our healer, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

I don't like high blood pressure because it makes my heart beat too fast. I also dislike how it causes me to sweat. Heal everything, as high blood pressure is everywhere, making me feel so uncomfortable. Lord, I know you can handle it.
