I am praying with you right now and lifting your heart before the Lord, and I join my faith with yours asking for His mercy and healing.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ I bring this dear one before You. You know the shock and pain felt in the chest and arm, and You know every artery and every heartbeat. I ask for Your healing touch, that You would clear any blockage, restore healthy flow of blood, strengthen the heart, and bring complete wholeness according to Your will. Grant peace in place of fear, for You have told us not to be afraid and that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light. Let Your presence bring rest to this heart and mind.
I also pray for all who are suffering with heart trouble today, that You would comfort them, sustain them, and draw them close to You.
I want to encourage you with care, because pain in the chest that moves to the left arm can be serious, God often works through the skill and care of doctors and medical help as instruments of His mercy, and I urge you to seek emergency medical care right away, even today, and to let a trusted medical professional evaluate you promptly. Do not wait alone, please reach out to family, a friend, or emergency services immediately and share what you have felt.

What you describe, an electric like shock in the chest going into the left arm, can be serious, and I want to encourage you with care to seek prompt medical evaluation even as we pray. Our ultimate trust is not in man but in the Lord, and Scripture speaks of the curse upon trusting only in the arm of flesh and the blessing upon trusting in the Lord. That does not mean we reject the help and wisdom God makes available through others, but that we put our confidence first in Him as our healer and our refuge, and ask Him to guide every step of care. Please do not wait alone with these symptoms. Allow someone you trust to help you be seen quickly while we continue to bring you before the Lord.
As we pray for your physical heart and for your arteries, I also want to gently point you to what Scripture says about the heart within. God looks not only at the outward surface but at the heart itself. He desires not a faint or surface turning to Him, but that we return with our whole heart. He speaks of tearing the heart and not merely outward signs, of an inward work where the heart is made new and set apart for Him. The prophet Jeremiah reminds us that the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, and that only the Lord searches the heart and knows it. David prayed, search me and know me, and that is a good prayer for each of us, to invite the Lord to examine us, to reveal what is displeasing to Him, and to draw us back to our first love for Him when our devotion has grown cold or divided.
Prayer is not a way to make God do our will as if He were to grant our wishes. Powerful prayer begins with a listening ear, with hearts tuned to His voice so that His will may be done. So as we pray for you we are asking for His will and His mercy, trusting His goodness and wisdom above our own understanding.

We ask in agreement for Your healing touch, for arteries to be cleared, for the heart to be strengthened and steadied, and for every cause of this pain to be addressed by Your mercy. Bring peace where there is fear, and guard this life in Your hands. We also lift up all who are struggling with heart troubles today, that You would meet each one with comfort, healing, and hope. Lead to wise and timely help, give clear guidance to those providing care, and let Your healing power be known. And Lord, do the deeper work in the heart that only You can do. Search us and try us, cut away what is of the flesh, and draw us to return to You with our whole heart, with all our soul and strength. Restore first love where it has faded, and keep us close to You. We trust not in flesh but in You, our living God, and we ask this according to Your will and for Your glory. Amen.
