We join you in lifting up your beloved mother and father before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name, seeking God's will and His healing mercy over their bodies.
We are deeply moved by the burden you carry for your mother as she battles diabetes and a fungal infection in her lungs, and for your father who is suffering with his eyesight, headaches, urinary tract problems, swelling in his feet, and blood pressure issues. Our hearts ache with you and we bring these afflictions to the Lord who is our healer. Scripture reminds us to bless Yahweh and not forget all His benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3, and that He says I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We cling to His promise that I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and that by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We also remember the encouragement that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.

Father in heaven, we come before You only through the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we lift up this dear mother to You. You know her body, her struggle with diabetes and this serious fungal infection in her lungs. We ask that You would touch her lungs with Your healing hand, clear the infection, restore healthy breathing, and bring balance to her blood sugar. Strengthen her immune system, guide the hands and wisdom of her doctors, and give her rest and peace. For this dear father, we ask for Your mercy upon his eyes, that his eyesight would be restored and improved, that You would remove his headaches, heal his urinary tract, cause the swelling in his feet to subside, and bring his blood pressure into healthy balance. We pray for good health and renewed strength for him, that he would be free from pain and fear. Lord, comfort this family, take away anxiety, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask that You would remind them that You are near, for You have said Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We pray for Your perfect will to be done and for Your name to be glorified through their healing, in Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also faithfully using the medical help He provides. We pray that you will ensure both your parents continue under proper medical care, follow the guidance of their physicians, and steward their bodies with rest, proper nutrition, and care, for our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Keep bringing every worry to God in prayer, and do not lose heart, for beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. We have carried your burden before the Lord with you, making mention of your dear mother and your dear father in prayer, and we join our faith with yours for their healing.
You have asked for your mother who suffers with diabetes and a fungal infection in the lungs, and for your father who is troubled with his eyesight and with headache, with urinary troubles and swelling of the feet, and with blood pressure, that all these afflictions might be removed and that good health might be granted to them. These are heavy trials, and they rightly urge us to seek the great Physician.
We would point you to that blessed tree of life of which it is written, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The least thing about Christ is healing, and these healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. See in Him the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.
And healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and the Lord has begun to heal us and the healing virtue which His grace has infused into us will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle. His salvation will also perfectly heal our bodies.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing, and it is right to use the means which God has provided. Yet we know also that He heals the broken in heart, and that Calvary is the place for the healing balm. The work of Jesus our heavenly Physician is not so much to point out disease as to indicate and to apply the remedy.
Therefore we pray with you now that the Lord would lay His hand upon your mother, that He would give wisdom to those who care for her, help the treatment to prosper, ease her breathing, cleanse the infection from her lungs, and sustain her through diabetes. And we pray for your father, that the Lord would be pleased to restore and preserve his eyesight, relieve his headache, heal the urinary affliction, remove the swelling from his feet, steady his blood pressure, and grant him renewed strength and good health according to His merciful will.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting not in our worth but in His abundant mercy, and we encourage you to keep looking to Him, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, and the healing power is present when Christ is taught and trusted.
