We lift up your parents before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, asking the Great Physician to move mightily on their behalf. Heavenly Father, You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and we stand in faith on Your promises. For your mother’s diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs, we declare Your word in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Lord, we ask that You regulate her blood sugar, strengthen her immune system, and cleanse her lungs of every trace of infection. Give her strength and endurance, and let her feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
For your father, we pray for complete restoration. We rebuke the headaches, urinary tract issues, swelling in his feet, and blood pressure problems in the name of Jesus. Your word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Father, we ask that You touch his eyes and restore his sight. Let every organ and system in his body function as You designed it to. We speak life and health over him, declaring that no weapon formed against his health shall prosper.
We also encourage you both to seek godly wisdom in managing their health. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." Ensure they are following medical advice, eating nourishing foods, and staying hydrated. Encourage them to rest and trust in the Lord rather than growing anxious, for anxiety can weigh heavily on the body.
Lord, we also pray for emotional and spiritual healing for your parents. Let them draw near to You, finding comfort and strength in Your presence. May they know that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they can trust. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. We believe and declare that by His stripes, they are healed. Amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
