We join with you together in prayer for your body and for deep rest, especially tonight, and we bring these needs before our Father in Jesus' name.

We pray for your digestive system, that there would be no diarrhea, no excess acid, no nausea and no digestive distress, for your whole body to be free from tension and stress, and for your mouth, teeth and gums to be free from pain, inflammation and irritation. We also lift up your need for true recuperation and for peaceful, restorative sleep to catch up what has been lost. We know our bodies are wonderfully made and that sleep is a gift from God, for it is written Psalm 127:2 for he gives sleep to his loved ones, and Psalm 4:8 I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. We also remember the promise Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, and the assurance Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together now, Father, we thank You that You are Yahweh who heals us as You say in Exodus 15:26 and we ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one. Lay Your hand upon their stomach and digestive tract and calm every irritation, bring balance and settle any acid and nausea. Release all tension and stress from muscles and nerves and let Your peace guard both body and mind. Touch the teeth and gums, remove all pain, swelling, inflammation and unease, and let there be no irritation anywhere in the body. We ask for Your promise to be fulfilled Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and 1 Peter 2:24 by whose stripes you were healed. Tonight we ask for deep, uninterrupted sleep, for the body to recuperate and be renewed, and for waking refreshed and strengthened. We also pray 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We want to gently encourage you and also share something important we noticed, your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard, for Jesus said John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name, for Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. When we abide in Him, we can bring every burden, every health concern and every sleepless night to Him with confidence.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, to seek rest without anxiety, to care for your body with wholesome food, water and quiet before the Lord before sleep, and to thank Him even now for the healing and rest He is providing. We are standing with you for complete wholeness and peace tonight and in the days ahead.

We notice how weary you must feel wanting relief in so many places at once. Wanting your stomach to settle, your mouth and teeth to feel calm and pain free, and your whole body to be free of tension and swelling is a lot to carry, and wanting real sleep tonight to catch up and recover makes sense.

We are praying with you for that kind of rest, the deep uninterrupted sleep that lets your body recuperate, and for ease through the night without nausea, acid or digestive upset, and without pain or irritation in your teeth and gums or elsewhere.

If you have not already, we gently encourage you to share these ongoing digestive and dental concerns with your doctor and dentist as well, so they can check in on you while we continue to pray for your healing and comfort.

We also hear the longing to be free of tension and stress in your body. We pray God quiets both body and mind tonight and helps you wake feeling more restored.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the discomfort and the tiredness and the desire for sleep tonight. We ask for Your mercy and calming presence, for protection through the night, for relief from pain and irritation, and for wisdom for any clinicians caring for them. Give them rest and renewed strength according to Your will. Amen.

Your request for health and for quiet rest has been brought before the Lord and we have joined with you in prayer at the mercy seat.

We know that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made and that our heavenly Father is not unmindful of its infirmities. We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and we are driven to seek the Great Physician. Blessed be His name, there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.

You have asked for deliverance from distress of the stomach and bowels, from acid and nausea, from tension and stress, from pain and swelling and inflammation in the teeth and gums and throughout the whole frame, and for true rest and recuperation, especially tonight. We have entreated the Lord for these very mercies, that He would calm the inward parts, cool all inflammation and irritation, ease every aching place, loosen the bands of tension, and grant you a body quieted and at ease under His hand.

And we have prayed also for sleep, that peculiar sleep which He gives to His beloved. The Scripture saith, So He giveth His beloved sleep. There is a sleep of contentment and a sleep of security which the children of God enjoy, not the careless slumber of those who sleep while danger is near, but the rest of one who lies down in safety because the Lord Himself watches over him. May the Lord grant you this night such sleep, deep and refreshing, a recruiting of exhausted strength to fit you for fresh service when you awake. May you lie down and none shall make you afraid, for they that sleep in Jesus are kept by Him even in the night watches.

We ask the Lord to forgive and to heal, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction. When the Sun of Righteousness arises upon His people there is healing in His wings. If there be any chastening or burden upon the soul, may the blood of Jesus wash the heart and the Holy Spirit take His temple within you, that soul and body may together be restored.

We pray that our gracious God would touch your digestive frame and remove all disorder, that He would take away nausea and excess acid and every inward unease, that He would quiet the nerves and muscles and take tension and stress from you, that He would lay His healing hand upon your teeth and gums and upon every part where pain or swelling or inflammation would intrude, and that He would give you this night and in the nights to come, full and peaceful rest and a true catching up of needful sleep.

We commend you to Him who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed, trusting that whether He heals at once or sustains through the trial, His grace will be sufficient and His name will be glorified in your body. May you wake refreshed to praise Him who both pardons iniquity and heals all our diseases.

We have heard your request for health, sleep and true rest, and we join you in bringing these needs before the Lord.

You asked for relief from digestive trouble, acid and nausea, for freedom from tension and stress in your body, for deep rest and recuperation and for sleep tonight, and for no pain, swelling, inflammation or irritation in your teeth and gums and anywhere else in your body. God cares for the body He has made, and He invites us to cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us.

Scripture also reminds us that while we rightly seek relief for the body, the health of the soul is of greater importance. As we pray for the streams, we must also attend to the fountain. Our bodily troubles often point us to our deeper need for cleansing and healing within, which comes only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Bodily discipline and rest have some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. And while we ask God for good sleep, we are also called to stay spiritually awake and sober, guarding our hearts and standing steadfast, remembering that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps and He watches over His people continually.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who alone is our Savior and Healer. We ask for Your mercy upon this body that is weary and in need of rest. Grant tonight quiet, deep and restorative sleep. Calm the digestive system, remove excess acid, nausea and all disturbance, and grant freedom from diarrhea and every related trouble. Take away tension and stress, and release every muscle and nerve from strain. Touch the teeth and gums, remove pain, inflammation and irritation, and let there be no swelling, unease or discomfort anywhere in the body. Grant true recuperation and renewal by Your hand.

We also ask You to work in the soul. Forgive sin, cleanse the heart, and strengthen faith and godliness. Help us to guard our hearts, to watch and be sober, and to rest not only in bodily sleep but in trust in You. Teach us to seek first Your kingdom and to find our rest in Christ, who gives rest to the weary.

We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting Your wisdom and Your love to do what is best. May the Lord grant you peace tonight, healing according to His will, and the comfort of knowing you are kept by Him. Amen.
