We are lifting you up before the throne of grace and we thank you for sharing your burdens with us and for closing your request in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We hear the heaviness of what you are carrying, the constant distress of severe tinnitus and gurgling and chronic mucus in your throat, the frustration of a music project that will not come together, and the weight of depression. We want you to know that God sees and hears you in all of this and He cares deeply about both your physical suffering and the sorrow in your heart.
Scripture reminds us to Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to the promise that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. And we are comforted that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You together on behalf of our dear brother or sister who is suffering. Lord, You know the ringing in the ears, the discomfort in the throat, the mucus that will not clear, the exhaustion that comes from never finding relief. You formed our bodies and You know every detail. We ask for Your healing touch according to Your will, that You would bring relief, restore health, and give wisdom to any doctors or caregivers who may help. We pray as You have said, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.
Lord, we also lift up this depression that weighs so heavily. We ask that You lift this darkness and replace it with Your peace and hope. Help our friend to cast all worries on you, because you care for us. 1 Peter 5:7. We pray that In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Remind this dear one that even when the heart is downcast, we can still hope in You, for You are our help and our God. Psalm 42:11.
Father, we also bring this music project before You. You give gifts and creativity for Your glory. We ask that You would grant clarity of mind, renewed inspiration, and the strength and discipline to complete what has been started. Remove the frustration and discouragement, and let this work be a testimony of Your goodness and a source of joy rather than a burden. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23.
We thank You, Lord, that our brother or sister has called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and by which we can boldly approach Your throne. Acts 4:12 and John 14:6 remind us that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We pray that You would deepen their faith and draw them ever closer to Jesus in this season of trial, so that even in suffering they would know Your presence. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, to share your struggles with trusted believers who can walk with you, and also to seek wise medical counsel for these ongoing physical symptoms, for our bodies are a temple to be stewarded well. Keep bringing every care to Jesus, day by day, and trust that He is working even when relief is not immediate.
We are standing with you in prayer, asking God to bring healing to your body, peace to your mind, joy to your spirit, and completion to the work He has placed in your hands. May the Lord comfort you and let you feel how much your request means to us and how much more it means to Him. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

If you haven't already, please consider seeing your primary care doctor or an ENT for the ear and throat symptoms, and let that same doctor or a counselor know about the depression so you don't carry it alone. You don't need to have all the answers before you reach out, just bringing these concerns to someone who can listen and walk with you can ease some of the burden.
For the music project, it may help to give yourself permission to work in very small steps, or to invite one trusted person to hear where you are stuck and pray and think it through with you. When health issues linger and mood is low, progress often feels slower than it really is, and having another person alongside can make it less isolating.

Your request has been heard with much sympathy and has been carried at once to the throne of grace, where we have made supplication for you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are grieved to hear of the continual affliction of body which you bear, the severe tinnitus and the distressing disorder of the throat, and with it the heaviness of spirit which so often attends long bodily trial. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber, and they rightly urge us to seek the Great Physician. Yet we know also that the Lord healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and that there is an abundance of healing power in Christ. The Scripture saith the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and His leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Thy sins are forgiven thee, to show that pardon and healing are one in His hand.
We have prayed that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you according to His wise and tender will, that He would ease the distress of body, give skill to those who care for you, and grant you relief from this constant trial. We have prayed also for your spirit under this depression. Hear the word, I am the Lord, I change not. Believe that if He hides His face, He still loves you. He has given eternal life to His people and they shall never perish. They shall not depart from Him, for He has made an everlasting covenant and will not withdraw His gift. The life which He imparts at regeneration is immortal, and He will perform the good work which He has begun until the day of Christ. Let this be your comfort when the heart is cast down, that your perseverance does not rest upon your own strength, but upon His purpose and His effectual redemption.
We have prayed likewise concerning the music project which lies unfinished before you. May the Lord grant you clearness of mind, quietness of heart, and strength for each day's labour, that you may do all as unto Him and find in the work itself a solace and not a further burden.
May the Sun of Righteousness arise upon you with healing in His wings, forgiving, restoring and sustaining you. May He keep you holding on your way, not by the removal of temptation but by His own preserving grace, until you shall be without spot or wrinkle.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for allowing us to pray for you. We have heard your request about the severe tinnitus, the gurgling and constant mucus in your throat, the struggle to finish your music project, and the heaviness of depression, and we have brought each of these before the Lord in Jesus name.
Please know that your affliction has not gone unheard. Scripture says God heard the groaning of His people, not simply because they suffered, but because He is near to those who call on Him. Your suffering is not a sign that He has forgotten you. The Word says, whom the Lord loves He disciplines, and He trains every son whom He receives. Every righteous person must pass through affliction in this life, because the wide and broad way leads away from God, while the narrow way leads to life. Affliction, painful as it is, can become a great good when it trains us, humbles us, loosens our grip on this present world, and teaches us to rest in Him.
That does not make the pain less real. The constant ringing in your ears, the discomfort in your throat, the frustration of work unfinished, and the cloud of depression are heavy burdens to carry day after day. It is good, as the psalmist says, that we can be humbled and then learn to give thanks again when God brings relief. Even while you wait, He can use this season to show His power, to deepen your trust, and to work in you a quiet endurance that ease alone never produces.
We are praying for you specifically, that God would bring healing and relief to your body, ease the tinnitus and throat distress, lift the weight of depression and restore joy and peace by His Holy Spirit, and give you clarity, strength and grace to complete the music project He has put on your heart. We pray also that He would comfort you in the waiting and remind you daily that you are loved, not abandoned, and that your groaning is heard.
