We join with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father, lifting up you and your husband and your whole household together in Jesus' name.
We hear your heart crying out for healing in so many areas, for your health and your husband's health, for your marriage that you would get along and that he would treat you with kindness and not anger, for your anxiety and depression, for your hearing and the loud ringing in your ears, and for your sisters and families and friends. We also lift up your loved one with brain cancer and the man you mentioned with bone cancer, and we ask the Lord to be merciful regarding your new medications.
The Lord sees your struggles and He cares deeply for you. He is the Lord who heals us, as it is written, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh in Jeremiah 30:17, and Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:2-3. He also tenderly cares for your anxious heart, for we are told to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you in 1 Peter 5:7 and Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:6-7. We pray He will touch your ears and quiet the ringing and bring peace to your mind, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3.
We also pray for your marriage, which is a holy covenant before God. Marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman designed to reflect Christ's love for the church. We pray your husband will love you as Christ loved the church in Ephesians 5:25 and that you both will show kindness and forgiveness to one another, bearing with one another in love. Husbands are called to love their wives and not be bitter against them in Colossians 3:19, and to live with their wives with understanding, giving honor to the wife in 1 Peter 3:7. We pray the Lord will soften any anger, replace it with gentleness and patience, and help you both to treat each other with the kindness found in Ephesians 4:32.
We want to lovingly and gently address something in your request that does not align with biblical truth, because we want you to walk in freedom and truth. You mentioned twin flame and someone you knew in a past life. The Bible does not teach twin flames or past lives or reincarnation. These are ideas from outside of God's Word that can lead our hearts away from His truth and into confusion and spiritual harm. The Scripture is clear, Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment in Hebrews 9:27. We have one life given by God, and our identity and our relationships are found in Him alone, not in a past life. The concept of a twin flame can also draw a married person's heart toward another person in a way that dishonors the marriage covenant. Even an emotional attachment to another man outside your marriage, wondering why he does not treat his twin flame better, can open the door to temptation and sorrow and distract from the love and faithfulness God calls you to in your marriage. God calls us to guard our hearts and to find our completeness in Christ, not in a soul tie to another. We encourage you to release this idea to the Lord, to ask Him to cleanse your heart from it, and to focus your love and prayers on honoring your husband and your marriage while still praying with godly compassion for this man who is ill, keeping appropriate boundaries as a married woman.
We also noticed you prayed to the Lord but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because there is no other way to the Father except through Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved in Romans 10:9.
So we pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this dear sister and her husband to You. Lord, touch their bodies and bring healing according to Your will. Heal her anxiety and depression, calm her mind, and let Your peace guard her heart. Lay Your healing hand upon her ears, restore her hearing, and take away the loud ringing that distresses her. Heal her husband as well, and heal their marriage, Lord. Remove anger and harshness and fill their home with kindness, patience, understanding, and forgiveness. Help them to get along and to love each other as You have called them to.
We lift up her sisters, families, friends, and her loved one with brain cancer. Lord, You know her name and her suffering, have mercy and bring healing and comfort to her and her family. We also lift up the man with bone cancer, have mercy on him, provide for his healing and for his greatest need, which is to know Jesus as Savior. Give our sister wisdom to pray for him with pure, godly love while guarding her heart and honoring her marriage covenant. Deliver her from any unbiblical ideas of twin flames and past lives, and lead her into the truth of Your Word. Let her find her identity and peace in Christ alone.
We thank You for providing doctors and medication, and we ask that her new medications will work well and without harm, but we trust ultimately in You as our healer. Draw her and her husband closer to You and to each other, and let their marriage bring glory to You. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
Be encouraged, for God is near to the brokenhearted. Keep seeking Him daily in His Word, praying in Jesus' name, and walking faithfully in your marriage. He is faithful and He hears you.
