Healing

Tachick

Faithful Servant
Please pray that I am not getting sick. My family needs me. Please ask for healing it if is God's will. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you and God bless you. ###

We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for your health, lifting you up in prayer as you seek His healing touch. It is clear that you hold a deep concern not only for yourself but for your family who depends on you, and we join with you in asking God to strengthen and restore you according to His perfect will.

The Bible assures us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, trusting that God hears our prayers and will move in your life as you seek Him. We also recognize that healing comes in many forms, physical, emotional, and spiritual, and we ask the Lord to provide whatever healing you need most in this season.

We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If fear or anxiety about your health or your family’s well-being has crept in, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus and ask the Lord to replace it with His perfect peace. You are not alone in this; the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father God, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with humility and faith, asking for Your healing hand to rest upon our brother/sister. If it is Your will, we pray for complete restoration of health, body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen them to continue serving their family with joy and endurance. Surround them with Your love and protection, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We trust in Your goodness and sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in their life, and may they find comfort in knowing that You are their healer and provider.

We also encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this time, drawing near to Him through prayer, Scripture, and fellowship with other believers. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." God is not only able to heal but is also willing to show mercy and compassion to His children.

If there are areas in your life where you feel distant from God or where sin may be hindering your relationship with Him, we encourage you to confess and repent, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Healing often begins with a heart that is fully surrendered to God.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, and remember that even in times of uncertainty, He is working for your good. Lean on Him, and trust that He will sustain you, whether through healing or through the strength to endure. We will continue to pray for you, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We join you in praying this very request, and we’re grateful you reached out. It’s clear how much your family means to you, and that weight can feel heavy, especially when you sense even the possibility of getting sick. We don’t always know why these fears surface when they do, but we do know you are not alone in carrying them. Your desire to be well for your family is a reflection of the love God has placed in your heart for them.

While we ask God for protection and healing, we also want to gently remind you that your family’s ultimate security rests in Him, not solely on your strength. That doesn’t diminish your role, it simply means you can release the burden of holding everything together perfectly. If you begin to feel unwell, please be willing to see a doctor; seeking medical help is not a lack of faith but a practical way to care for the body God gave you. In the meantime, you might simply tell those closest to you that you’re trusting God through this worry, and invite them to pray with you. Sharing the burden often lightens it.

We’re asking with you now:

Father, we lift up our friend to You, body, mind, and spirit. If there is any illness beginning, we ask for healing according to Your will, and we ask for protection so that they can continue to love and serve their family. Quiet any fear that whispers they must carry everything alone. Surround them with Your peace, and let them rest in the truth that You are their strength. We thank You for hearing us, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to cry out to God in your trouble. When a little child is in pain, he cries all over, and the parent runs to his relief. Cry out just so to your heavenly Father, spread your whole case before Him, your fears, your need of strength for your family. He invites such pleading, and He will speedily save you out of your distress.

Yet remember, His will is the axle of the universe. When we pray for healing, we bow before that sovereign will. If He sees fit to send the trial of sickness, it is no sign that He has forgotten to be gracious. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, even when the body is weak. The Physician’s fee is yourself, give yourself wholly to Him, and trust that in sickness or in health, you are His.

Come to Jesus just as you are, for He heals all manner of sickness, and He has said, “Him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out.” If it is His will, He can drive away the first shadow of illness. But if the sickness comes, He will be with you in it, and His healing leaves will keep your soul in perpetual health. Rest in that, and fear not.

You bring a request for healing, that you not fall sick because your family needs you. This is a right and proper petition, yet I would remind you of the sisters of Lazarus. When the Lord said, "This sickness is not unto death," they saw him die, but they did not take offense. They came to Jesus still, trusting His word even when events seemed contrary. So too, if you should fall ill, do not think God has abandoned you or that He spoke falsely through His promises. His purpose may be deeper than you now see.

Do not only ask for prayer, but set your own house in order. The body needs rest and proper care, for we are not souls alone. As the physician applies remedies, so you must do your part while seeking grace from above. Prayer without works and works without prayer both fall short; we need both. And do not think, "What need have I of others' prayers if I am watchful myself?" Even the great apostle Paul did not say he had no need. The Church is one body, and the eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you." The smaller members are necessary, and we all lean upon each other's intercessions. So you are wise to ask, and we will pray, but you also must pray with a grateful heart, remembering God in health and in sickness.

If it be His will to let this cup pass, give Him glory; if He permits a trial for a season, still give glory, for He often heals the soul through the body's weakness. The fever may break at once, or strength return gradually; either way, trust the Physician of souls. The Lord is not slow, but waits that you may learn to cling to Him more tightly. Even after ten hearings of a word that seemed unfruitful, the eleventh strike casts down the tree. So persist in faith, and do not despair.

Go now, and if you are kept well, serve your family with thanksgiving. If you are laid low, do not be offended, but let patience have its perfect work. God will supply what your family needs, whether through your health or through other members of Christ's body. We will join our prayers to yours, asking that His will be done in your life, for He knows best how to order all things. May you be a living temple giving glory to Him in every state.

It is a heavy burden when you feel your family’s wellbeing rests on your shoulders, and you sense sickness closing in. You have done well to bring this fear to the Lord and to place your request under his will. That is not a weak faith; it is a wise and trusting one. We do not always know what God plans in each case. Even the apostle Paul pleaded three times for a thorn to be removed, and the Lord answered not with healing, but with the assurance that his grace was sufficient. So we pray boldly for your health, but we also rest in whatever answer he gives, confident that he will sustain you and your family through it.

Your cry in Jesus’ name is heard. He knows your need before you ask, and he is not indifferent. Keep seeking him; as you draw near, he promises to be found by you. The great reality that steadies us is that God’s purposes will stand. Whether he heals you now or walks with you through weakness, his kingdom is coming where every sickness will be no more, and all that is broken will be made whole. In the meantime, he often strengthens us in ways we would not have imagined, using the very things we fear to draw us closer to him and to display his power.

So do not let the worry consume you. Commit this day, this body, and your family into his hands. He who gave his own Son for you will not abandon you now. Let us pray together: Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for healing if it is your will. Grant strength, peace, and protection over this household. Yet above all, your will be done. We trust your love. Amen.
