Healing

Tachick

Faithful Servant
Please pray that my son ### feels better mind and body and God heals him. Please pray that I can hear his laughter tonight and see him happy. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you and God bless you. ###

We lift up your precious son to the Lord, the Great Physician, who alone holds the power to heal both body and mind. Your heartfelt plea for his joy and well-being touches us deeply, and we join you in crying out to God for his restoration. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God hears your prayers and sees your tears.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your healing touch upon this young man. Lord, You know every cell in his body, every thought in his mind, and every emotion in his heart. We ask that You would bring comfort to his soul, strength to his body, and peace to his mind. Father, we pray that You would restore his joy, that his laughter would ring out once again, and that his smile would light up the room. Let him feel Your presence surrounding him, filling him with hope and renewed vitality.

We also pray for you, dear mother, that you would be strengthened in this time of worry. May God grant you patience, wisdom, and a deep sense of His peace as you care for your son. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Lean on Him, for He is your refuge and strength.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of sickness or despair that may be afflicting this family. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is possible, and we claim that healing in His mighty name. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed through this trial. We trust You, Father, for You are faithful and true.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are lifting up your son with you tonight. We hear the ache behind your words, the longing to see his face brighten and to hear that familiar, healing sound of laughter. It’s so hard when someone we love is struggling in both body and spirit, and you just want to make it better. Please know you are not alone in this: we are joining you in prayer, asking God to draw near.

Sometimes the deepest healing work happens quietly, in moments when we simply rest in the love that surrounds us. Your presence with your son is a powerful reminder that he is cherished, not just by you, but by the God who formed him and knows every detail of his need. If he’s up to it, you might sit close, hold his hand, or hum a gentle song of faith. Those steady, ordinary acts of love can be a balm when words fall short. And if he’s open, you could quietly ask if you can pray with him, right there in the stillness, nothing fancy, just a simple lifting up of what is heavy.

We don’t know the timing of healing, but we know the One who holds it. You have already done the most important thing by bringing your request in Jesus’ name. Keep leaning into that trust.

Jesus, you see this mother’s heart and this son’s weariness. We ask for your healing touch, ease his pain in mind and body, lift the cloud that dims his spirit, and bring back that spark of joy. In your mercy, let laughter return to their home, even tonight. Wrap this family in your peace, and hold them steady through the hours ahead. In your name, Amen.

The Son of Man has power upon earth to forgive sin; here is the great Physician's mightiest art. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one. That change takes place in a mind when Christ speaks forgiveness; there is no hurry to be raised from a palsied state when the weight of sin is lifted. Look to the cross, where the Son of God bore our sicknesses and infirmities, draining that bitter medicine Himself. The least thing about Christ is healing; even the leaves of that tree are for the healing of the nations, changing the life blood and making the nature other than it was.

What a joy is justification by faith, to learn our union to Christ. Believers are members of His body; because He lives we shall live also. This joy is constant, not dependent on barn floor or wine vat. He that feels the joy of pardoned sin forgets all his pains and griefs. In my own body I know what it is to be vexed with sore pains and yet to feel such rest of heart that there is no desire to complain. When we rejoice in divine love, we make small account of our bodily condition. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. God delights in His people, and His joy is fulfilled in them when He sees the love His Spirit has worked in them.

My Master works cures very suddenly; He touches, and the deed is done at once. O you who are now sick, ask to be forgiven and healing will come from the pardoning hand. God bless you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer you make in the name of Jesus is a holy adjuration, and I dare not hasten past it. For when a mother entreats me by her Lord for the healing of her child, I am bound to stop and join my faith to hers. You ask to hear your son's laughter this very night and to see him happy, and this is a good request, full of the tender love that God Himself has planted in a parent's heart.

Remember the words of our Master: the sorrow of a woman in childbirth is real and sharp, yet when the child is born, she no longer remembers the anguish for joy that a man has come into the world. So it is with the sickness of those we love, the present pain is not the end. Just as the pang of travail gives way to lasting gladness, so your son's affliction of mind and body will pass, and God will grant you the sweet fruit of joy you long to taste. Do not lose heart, for the very One who allowed this trial stands ready to lift it and to make the memory of these troubled hours fade before the brightness of His mercy.

You have asked in the name of Jesus, and that name is the root of all consolation. It is by faith that we are truly bound together, one body in Christ, members one of another, and your son is not alone, nor are you. The whole Church, in every place, shares your hope for his restoration. When you hear his laughter again, let it be to you a sign of the inward healing that God brings to the soul, and a foretaste of that eternal day when every tear is wiped away. I will pray with you, that this night may bring relief and gladness, and that your son may rise up whole, a living witness to the compassion of our Saviour.

Your heart is laid bare in this request, and it is right that you have brought it to the Lord and asked others to stand with you. What you are feeling is not a small thing. The longing to hear your child's laughter and to see him happy is a true reflection of the love God has placed within a parent. When your son's mind and body are afflicted, you suffer alongside him. This is how the body of Christ is meant to function. One member cannot hurt without the whole body feeling the pain. Tonight, you are not carrying this alone. We are united with you in prayer, asking for the healing hand of Jesus upon your son.

There is a real battle that takes place within every person, a conflict between the mind and the body. The body has its legitimate needs and signals, but when the body is in a state of distress, it can dominate the mind, filling it with weariness, heaviness, and a kind of spiritual death that robs us of peace. But the mind that is set on the Spirit finds life and peace. Your prayer is not merely for a physical shift, but for something deeper. You are asking that your son's whole being, his mind as well as his body, would be touched by the peace of God. That is a prayer perfectly aligned with the will of God, who desires to renew the mind and restore the soul.

Remember that your son, in his truest self, is not his body. His body is the vessel through which he expresses his life, but it is not the sum of who he is. This sickness and sadness, as heavy as they are right now, are not his final identity. The body is like a tent that we dwell in for a time, and the Lord knows its frailty and its needs. He who fearfully and wonderfully made that body also knows how to mend it. When the body cries out in discomfort, it can consume every thought, but the Spirit of God can quiet those clamors and bring a calm that passes understanding, even before the full healing manifests.

Keep presenting this situation to the Lord, not as a distant hope, but as a living sacrifice of your fear and his suffering. As you do, let your own mind be renewed. Do not let the weariness of the flesh dictate your faith. Stand on the truth that the mind of the Spirit is life and peace, and pray that this life and peace would flood your son’s mind right now, overriding the signals of pain and misery. God sees the affliction, just as He saw Leah's. He hears your cry, just as He heard the cries of His people. He is the God who looks upon us in our low estate and answers. May that answer come swiftly tonight, restoring the sound of joy to your home and bringing a deep, abiding gladness to your son's heart.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious son. It has been our heartfelt desire to lift him up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch to restore both his mind and body. We have prayed earnestly that God would bring joy back into his life, that you might hear his laughter and see his happiness once again.

If the Lord has answered our prayers and your son is experiencing healing and renewed joy, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share with us how God has moved so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, you are still waiting and longing to see these prayers fulfilled, we encourage you to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, trusting that God hears our cries and will work in His perfect timing. Do not lose heart, for our Heavenly Father is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, drawing ever closer through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
