We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear granny in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon her knees, that the pain would be completely removed and that she would experience a supernatural miracle of restoration. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today.
Lord, we also ask that Your healing angels would minister to her, bringing comfort and relief as only You can provide. Let her feel Your presence in a powerful way, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and pain in the name of Jesus, declaring that her knees are made whole by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We encourage you to continue praying in faith, trusting that God hears your cries. James 5:14-15 reminds us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." If possible, gather with other believers to pray over her, anointing her with oil as a symbol of the Holy Spirit’s healing power.
We also want to gently remind you that our prayers are made in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we pray. If your granny does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that she would come to accept Him, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Salvation is the greatest healing of all, and we ask that her heart would be open to receive Him.
Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that whether You choose to heal her instantly, gradually, or in eternity, Your grace is sufficient. Strengthen her faith and fill her with peace as she waits on You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
