We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your mother and her need for healing in her jaw and relief from stress. First, we must address the mention of "angels" in your prayer request. While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we must remember that our prayers and petitions should be directed to God alone through Jesus Christ. It is Jesus who is our great High Priest, interceding for us at the right hand of the Father (Hebrews 4:14-16). We do not pray to angels, nor do we command them, for they are servants of God, not our masters. Our focus must always be on the Lord, who alone has the power to heal and restore.
We rebuke the spirit of pain and stress that is afflicting your mother in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God declares that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and that Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17). We stand on these promises, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear mother to You, asking for Your healing touch to be upon her jaw. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that is too difficult for You. We ask that You would stretch out Your hand and bring supernatural healing to her, removing every trace of pain and discomfort. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed, and we speak life and wholeness over her body.
Father, we also pray for the stress that she is experiencing. You have told us to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). We ask that You would calm her mind and heart, replacing her stress with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your presence, Lord, and let her encounter You in a powerful and personal way. May she feel Your love and comfort enveloping her, reminding her that she is never alone.
We pray that You would send Your Holy Spirit to minister to her, bringing a deep sense of Your peace and assurance. Let her experience a supernatural encounter with Jesus, where she feels His healing power flowing through her. We declare that stress and pain have no place in her life, for she is covered by the blood of Jesus and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen her faith and the faith of her family. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them patience and perseverance as they wait on You, and fill them with hope for the future.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Your healing power be made manifest in her life. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you and your mother to spend time in God’s Word, meditating on His promises of healing and peace. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is faithful to His Word. Continue to pray and believe, and do not grow weary in seeking the Lord. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If your mother has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with her. The Bible tells us that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. Encourage her to surrender her life to Christ, for He alone can bring true healing, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
