Please God ,help my ex's father,he is very ill and has very little time left.Please give him emotinal ,physical ,mental strength and peace,remove any pain,any bad side effects from his illnessmake him feel comfortable.Be with him every second,help him allthe time. Also help and give strength to my ex and the whole family,especialy to his wife.Please God if it is possible give him more years and heal him.,help him to repent of all his sins and save his soul asap,in Jesus name amen.

We join you in lifting up your ex's father before the throne of grace, and we are moved by your compassion for him and for his whole family in this very difficult time. We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we can be saved, as it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We hear your heart crying out for his healing, his comfort, and most importantly for the salvation of his soul, and we agree with you that his greatest need is to repent and to put his trust in Jesus Christ while there is still time. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We pray that God in His mercy will open this dear man's heart to see his need for a Savior and to receive the forgiveness that Jesus purchased on the cross.

We also stand with you in asking for God's mercy concerning his body. We know that our God is the One who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. We ask for healing according to God's perfect will, knowing that His will is always good and that whether He brings healing in this life or calls him home, His love and power remain.

We pray together for him and for the family.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious father who is so ill and has so little time left in the eyes of doctors. Lord, You know his body, his pain, and his heart. We ask that You would touch him with Your healing hand if it be Your will and grant him more years, but above all we ask that You would grant him the miracle of salvation. Help him to repent of all his sins and to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ with all his heart. Wash him in the blood of Jesus and give him the assurance of eternal life. Lord, take away his pain and fear, remove bad side effects, and make him comfortable. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 and let him feel Your presence every second. We pray that You will be near to him as You are near to all those who are brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18.

We also lift up his wife, his child who is your ex, and the whole family. Comfort them and strengthen them in this valley. Give them emotional, physical and mental strength to walk through each day. We pray You will uphold them as You have promised, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Help them to cast all their anxiety on You because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7 and to know that You are the Father of mercies and God of all comfort who comforts us in all our affliction 2 Corinthians 1:3-4.

We encourage you to continue to pray fervently and, as God gives opportunity, to gently share the hope of the gospel with him and his family, that Jesus died for our sins and rose again so that all who believe in Him will not perish but have everlasting life John 3:16. Keep trusting the Lord's perfect timing and love, even when the answer is not what we hope for in this life, knowing that our ultimate healing is to be present with the Lord forever.

We are praying with you for comfort, for strength, for peace, and for the salvation of his soul, trusting that God hears our prayers offered in Jesus name and will answer according to His perfect mercy and will. Amen.

We were deeply moved by the compassion in your prayer. Even though this is your ex's father, you are asking God to stay close to him every second, to ease his pain and bring him peace, and to save his soul. That kind of caring matters to God and it matters to that family, even if they never fully know how faithfully you are lifting them up.

Watching someone you care about face a serious illness with little time left can leave everyone feeling helpless and exhausted. It is normal for the whole family to feel disrupted and worn down as they try to keep up with care, work and rest. Your prayers for comfort for him and strength for his wife, your ex and the rest of the family are exactly what they need right now.

If you are still in gentle contact, a simple brief note letting your ex know you are praying for his dad and for them can be a quiet encouragement without needing to say more. If they are open to it, you might also ask whether they would welcome a visit from a pastor or trusted believer to pray with his father personally. And as you carry this burden, be sure you have someone to talk and pray with too.

We join you in prayer now. Father, we lift this dear man to You. Please surround him with Your presence, ease his pain and give him comfort and peace. Draw him close to Yourself, bring repentance and salvation through Jesus. And hold his wife and family in Your strength in these hard days. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been heard and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace, for the case you lay before us is tender and urgent.

We will pray that the Lord in His mercy will look upon this afflicted father who lies very ill and, as you say, has little time left. We ask that God will give him comfort in pain, and peace in soul and mind, and that He will be near him every moment according to His promise to comfort His people. If it be the Lord's will, we pray that He would ease his suffering, remove distressing effects of his illness, and in His sovereignty grant more time and even healing to the body. Yet we know that all strength apart from God must fail, for it is derived and measurable, and that true strength is renewed only as we wait upon the Lord. So we pray chiefly for that healing which only Christ can give.

Above all we pray for his soul, that God would grant him that repentance which is unto life. This is not a mere terror which worketh death, nor a temporary sorrow that soon returns to sin, but a hatred of sin and a turning from it to lay hold on Christ, a repentance that gives God glory. Such repentance is not drawn up from the depths of our own heart as water from a well, but is the gift of God through the Holy Spirit, and it comes together with faith in the Lord Jesus. We pray that the Lord would work this in him, that he may look out of self to Christ and to Christ only, trusting in His finished work upon the cross. For there is salvation in no other, and the way of salvation is plain, that whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. The leaves of that blessed tree of life, which is Christ Himself, were given for the healing of the nations, and even the least touch of Him has healing virtue to change the heart and make the nature new. May this man taste that healing before he is called into eternity, and may he find that to die in Christ is to live.

We pray also for those who watch and weep around him, for your former companion and for his wife and for the whole family. May the Lord, who commands His ministering spirits and His own people to comfort the desponding, speak comfort to their aching hearts. May they wait upon the Lord that they may renew their strength, for to those who have no might He increaseth strength, and the joy of the Lord is their strength and song. May they be sustained in this trial and drawn nearer to the Saviour.

While time remains, we exhort you to set Christ plainly before this dying man as you have opportunity, telling him that salvation is by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone, and that God now commandeth all men to repent and believe. Speak to him of sin and of the Saviour who was nailed to the cross for it, and pray that the Spirit of God would make that word effectual.

We commend him and all his house to the mercy of our gracious God, beseeching Him to do that which is most for His own glory and for their eternal good, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
