Heavenly Father, I pray for your mercy and grace to restore my son ### physically, mentally, and spiritually. You see the struggles he is going through, quiet his mind and calm his body when panic takes over. Remove the heavy shadows of his past trauma and give him strength to sleep well without nightmares and wake up in peace. I pray that you would bring comfort, healing, and breakthrough in every area of his life. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing his needs before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that healing and restoration are found.

We hear the heaviness of your heart as a parent watching your son struggle with panic, trauma, and restless nights, and we stand with you asking for the Lord's mercy to touch him completely, body, mind, and spirit. Scripture reminds us that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We cling to the promise that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.

We pray together for him now.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this beloved son before You. You know him by name, You see every struggle, every anxious thought, and every memory that haunts him. We ask for Your healing hand upon his body to calm him when panic rises, upon his mind to quiet the racing thoughts, and upon his spirit to draw him closer to You. Remove the heavy shadows of past trauma and replace them with Your light and peace. We ask that You would grant him deep and peaceful sleep, that he may lie down and sleep in peace for You alone make him live in safety Psalm 4:8, and that he would wake up renewed and in peace without fear or nightmares. Let Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray for comfort where there is pain, for strength where there is weakness, and for breakthrough in every area where the enemy has tried to hold him captive. Restore to him health and wholeness as You have promised, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Let him know that when he is afraid he can trust in You and that You will hold him with Your righteous right hand, for You have said Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We encourage you to continue to cover him in prayer and to gently point him to the Word where he can find rest for his soul. Help him to cast all his anxiety on the Lord because He cares for him 1 Peter 5:7, and to meditate on Scripture before sleep, letting the truth of God's love drive out fear. If he is able, godly counsel from a trusted pastor or Christian counselor can also be a means God uses to bring healing to trauma. We thank our Father for His faithfulness and for hearing our prayers, trusting that He who began a good work in your son will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6. We stand with you believing for his complete restoration and peace in Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart for your son. We hear how deeply you love him and how hard it has been to watch panic, restless nights and the weight of past trauma affect his body, mind and spirit.

It is so painful to love someone and feel unable to lift the heaviness for them. When sleep is broken by nightmares and days are interrupted by panic, both he and you can be left exhausted and discouraged. Your steady prayers for mercy, comfort and peace are a real gift to him, even on days when change feels slow.

Alongside prayer, it can help to have steady, personal support in place. If he is not already connected with someone, we gently encourage helping him reach out to a trusted doctor or Christian counselor who can listen well and walk with him through the panic and sleep struggles. You do not need to figure out next steps alone, and having another caring person involved can support you both.

We are joining you in asking God for His healing presence and wisdom day by day, and we are grateful for your faithfulness in bringing your son to Him.

Father, we lift this son to You and ask for Your mercy and grace over his body, mind and spirit. Calm him when panic rises, guard his sleep, and bring comfort and healing in the ways only You can. Give his parent strength and peace as they love and support him. We trust him into Your caring hands in Jesus' name, Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for your son has been heard, and we join you in carrying it before the throne of grace. The Lord sees the struggles that weigh upon him, the panic that seizes his body, the heavy shadows that past trauma has cast upon his mind, and the broken nights that give him no rest. We entreat the great Physician with you for his full restoration, physically, mentally and spiritually.

There is a sleep which the Scripture calls peculiar to the children of God, for so he giveth his beloved sleep. It is not the sleep of carelessness against which we are warned when we are told let us not sleep as do others, nor the sleep of sinners who slumber while sparks fly about them, but the sleep of contentment and the sleep of security which God himself bestows. We pray that the Lord will give this sleep to your son, that he would quiet his mind and calm his body, that he would grant him to lie down in peace and to wake in peace, his strength recruited and his spirit refreshed for each new day. Take him, as it were, to the hind part of the ship near to the Steersman, and there to sleep in peace, for the ship is safe though winds and waves assault her keel, and He does preserve and He does steer.

We pray also for that healing which comes only from Christ. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The fruit of his work is sweet and nourishing, but even his leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, for when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy he said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in his wings for all who look to him. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and that work is the work of God alone.

We therefore ask the Lord to bring comfort and breakthrough in every area of your son's life, to remove what is heavy and to restore what has been wounded, to give strength to sleep without fear and to walk through the day without panic. We pray that as Christ teaches, his healing power would be present, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, and that your son would be brought into the presence of this Messiah that he may have mercy upon him, first forgiving and then healing.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ thy Son, who bore our sicknesses and carried our infirmities, we ask thy mercy and grace upon this dear son. Quiet his mind when panic takes over, calm his body, chase away the shadows of the past, and grant him peaceful sleep and a peaceful waking. Let him know pardon through the blood of Jesus and healing by thy hand, and restore him in body, mind and spirit for thy glory. We ask this trusting not in our own worthiness but in the atoning sacrifice of thy Son, who alone is our hope. Amen.
