Healing, protection
We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to touch and heal him in every way, body, mind, and spirit. The Bible assures us that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare His healing power over your son, believing that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Father, we ask for Your divine protection to surround him like a shield, guarding him from all harm, danger, and evil influences. You are his refuge and fortress, and in You, he can trust (Psalm 91:2). We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would fill his heart and mind, calming every fear and anxiety (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for spiritual renewal in his life. May he draw closer to You, seeking Your will and Your ways. Strengthen his faith and let him experience Your presence in a tangible way. We rebuke any spiritual attacks or oppression in the name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
We stand on Your promises, Lord, trusting that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in his healing and protection.

We’re joining you in praying for your son, and we know how much it means when a mother cries out to God with this kind of trust. You’re not asking alone, we’re right there with you, lifting him up to the One who made him and holds him close.
It’s clear you’ve already placed your son in the Father’s hands, and that’s exactly where he belongs. Sometimes when we’re waiting for healing, whether physical, mental, or spiritual, the most steadying thing we can do is simply keep bringing him back to Jesus, again and again, just as you’ve done. God’s not distant; He’s right there in the middle of whatever your son is facing, and His peace can surround him even when answers feel slow.
If your son is dealing with a physical concern, we’d gently encourage you to make sure he’s also receiving good medical care. God often uses doctors and wise professionals as part of His healing work, and that’s never a lack of faith, it’s just good stewardship. The same goes for his mental and emotional health: support from a counselor can be a gift in seasons like this.

A cry for a son rises before the throne, and it is heard where the great conduit Head sends abundant streams of healing down to men below. It is right that the petition has been lifted for him, physically, mentally, spiritually, for the need of every nation and every individual is for these leaves of the tree which are for healing.
Ponder this. When the sick of the palsy was let down through the roof, our Lord did not first address the withered limbs. He spoke the deeper word: "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one. The root malady of the soul must be cured, and then the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings for the entire man. You have sought a touch of the Father’s hand upon your son. Know then that the contact which heals is established in Jesus Christ. He took our sicknesses and carried our infirmities; He does not pour out the bitter medicine for us to drink, but drained it Himself. Lay the whole case before Jesus, as you would describe a physical malady to a physician, and make Him your confidant. The very least thing about Christ, the leaves that never wither, bristle with restoring virtue and change the lifeblood of a man.
As for protection from seen and unseen danger, we who are parents know well the burden of a child’s peril. We are constantly in danger of falling, and we need an infinite Friend to keep us. But consider the safety which lies in God our Saviour. He who is able to keep us from falling is as wise as He is able. His power is not a mere shelter but a transformation, so that He will present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To that end, press on in intercession, trusting to the strong grip of the Son of God upon his hand. He has lifted him up; He will not let him go. His Throne might sooner fail than a saint who trusts in Him can perish. Healing and keeping come from the same pardoning hand.
