We lift up this precious son to You, Lord, with hearts full of faith and compassion. Father, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician who can touch and heal every part of our brother’s body, mind, and spirit. We ask that You would bring complete restoration to him—physically, mentally, and spiritually—according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we also pray for Your divine protection over him. Psalm 91:11-12 assures us, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We claim this promise over his life, asking that You surround him with Your heavenly hosts, shielding him from all harm, danger, and evil influences, both seen and unseen. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also ask that You draw near to him in this time of need. May he feel Your presence like a warm embrace, comforting him in moments of fear or uncertainty. Renew his spirit, Lord, and fill him with hope, joy, and the assurance of Your love. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen his faith so that he may trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take hold of him. In the name of Jesus, we command these things to flee, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that Your love would overflow in his life.
Lord, we also ask that You would surround him with godly influences—friends, mentors, and family members who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into his situation. Let him be reminded daily of Your faithfulness and the hope we have in You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come before Your throne of grace. It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love. We trust You to move powerfully in this situation, for Your glory and for the good of this beloved child of Yours. Amen.
